I like that for the 90 sec intervals you're no longer saying EMOM. ENON has a nice ring. In my workout logs I just use the notation E90S. When I do longer intervals, I might use E2M or E3M for every 2 mins or 3 mins. Simple to understand for my primitive brain.
Lebe. Love the channel. Currently running a program but would love to try one of yours in 4 weeks. My question is do you have this scalable? You're a beast! Do you have this explained anywhere as picking a bell that's perhaps a 5 or 10 one rep max? What should I be aiming for? And I. Happy to buy a program with all this outlined. But im digging the idea and get the concept behind these heavy on-the-90-second routines
8 jerks with double 28 KG’s 😂😅😭 Think I’ll start with double 24’s for the “heavy” and double 20’s for the “medium” sets. I have KB pairs in those weights
Workout looks nice, but it's a bit more like actual weightlifting (not body building). The way this workout is designed can be copied for like training with free weights, by just adjusting the exercises a bit. Don't get me wrong. I like this workout, and I will try it, but it's different from the normal KB usecase of hybrid training.
