My biggest grip has to be the potholes throughout town. I've started taking different paths to avoid them as much as possible even if it adds a few extra minutes to my route. But the city really needs to get it together and actually fix some of the roads instead of patching it over and over again.
Unfortunately Davenport - particularly in some areas - is becoming more crime ridden. Also, the police department in Davenport is woefully understaffed and really needs another precinct in the West end. Leave our beloved truck eating bridge alone! The height specifications for the bridge are clearly marked, if some people insist on playing chicken, it's on them :-)
Watched a few of your videos, I was there from 72 to the end of 02. VERY IMPORTANTLY that you don't mention, in addition to not much to do, the same events EVERY YEAR, the Mississippi valley Fair, the air show & the Bix festival, the complete lack of mountains or ocean, do have pleasant memories of north park mall in the 80s & visiting the tank on arsenal island, went to Keokuk cross state line, every July 4th for fireworks to kill boredom, the job market is almost non-existent. Places Rated Almanac, gave Davenpit a 30% rating so I left...🤬....
I lived in Moline 3 years ago and I loved the public transportation in the quadcities. I have lived in the Mid-west for the majority of my life but I have always despised the bitter cold winters. I know you can always bundle up and just sit at home where it is warm but I like to go outside because I am a human being which means I am an animal.

A city? Haha 😅 this isnt that! But ok. The bugs here are horrific here!

Live in Bettendorf work in Davenport or Moline. Davenport is a horrible place to live, very corrupt.
Funny dude never talks about the crime and how the cops protect the drug dealers
