Thank you for speaking up about the staff in stores like Sephora. Sometimes we lose the sensibility of understanding, that these are people who work really hard and don't even get paid for that well. People with bad attitude and rude tone with consultants should be kicked out of stores.
I appreciate how clean and tidy all the samples are in there.
Please don’t generalize! I’m in Istanbul at the moment and yesterday I was at Sephora and I was shocked by the unfriendliness of the salespeople in the store!
Shout out to Andrea’s editing team/person. I’m an American, living in rural farmland Michigan, and I actually did not even know what Sephora and Ulta were five years ago! I never even heard of them! The first time I walked into a Sephora and an Ulta, I was HOOKED! 😂 Now I practically live there 😂

One of my favorite videos. I guess because I am working at Sephora & I am 59! You made a good point about loud music. I don’t know why they do that. I love loud good music, but not crappy and in store. I started to work in Sephora, because I moved from CA to FL and lost my DA certification. I thought, I’ll do only for holiday season. Somehow I am still there. Even it’s a bit crazy here and pay is laughable, I love our beauty world.
I have to mention, that I was amazed how clean and neat is that store. I guess Americans are a bit more slabs. Drives me nuts how much destruction of product testers we have. Plus theft. 😆

I absolutely agree with you. The Fenty Beauty Powder Foundation is amazing. It is my go to when I need to do my makeup FAST (because who doesn't want to sleep in?!). It is so long wearing and doesn't breakdown throughout the day. Love! xx

I love Sephora! Dior foundation, I just got the Haus Labs foundation and concealer love it!! I have mature skin. Rare Beauty, Fenty, Patrick Ta eyebrow pencil doesn’t break so easy to use, Tarte eye shadows, I could go on and on. ❤️❤️❤️
Wow I’m blown away by all the high end/ niche fragrances available at that Sephora. And let’s not forget get Chanel and Sisley. If Sephora sales do happen like they do in the states then it’s really worth it.
I don’t know what possessed me to buy the Diamond Bomb. I got it home and thought that I wouldn’t use it hardly ever. I’m 46 and I have 4 daughters and we all use it. My youngest is 5, & of course I don’t let her wear makeup, but I will brush some sparkles on her arms. Last night my 16 year old had prom and I put it all over her. It’s such a good product. Literally anyone can wear it.

I've been going to Paris pretty much every year for the past 15 years and this store is always a mandatory stop for me. But when I was there this past december, for the first time ever, I had to wait in line outside to get in because it was so crowded, I've never seen that before!
Oh, your video brings back memories, I did a master in Paris in 2009/2010 at the Dauphine University which is not far from the Champs-Élysées and I was constantly visiting this Sephora store, my favourite place! I especially loved the entrance and the red carpet, so fancy! Sephora in Serbia looks very basic, yes, most of the brands are there, but the overall experience is nowhere nearly as exciting.

So fun. I have such a fond memory of going into Sephora and buying the pale blue cream/powder by Thierry Mugler! Thierry Mugler - who used to have some makeup! Remember? I loved that pale blue cream - what an eye brightener. Now everyone does pale pink for brightening.

Am French and am not crazy of Paris at all - but your video can make people dream :). I appreciate that there are still people thinking that Paris is the place to be and that Sephora is a great shop (note that Sephora - compared to other French parfumeries is now quite expensive. It’s definitely not the best place to buy perfumes !)

I live in Ottawa, Canada and we have i think 3 Sephoras, I do not enjoy shopping there because it’s always crowded, kind of not very clean especially after pandemic. So I only shop at Sephora online which I love - always better and more gifts and samples that way. And return policy is amazing, i can always return anything I bought and tried

I absolutely loved this video. That store is my ultimate dream. I would go broke in a Sephora like that. My Sephoras are tiny, under staffed, filthy, out of everything or just don't carry it in store because of the price. No Tom Ford in my store!!! I do all my shopping online and only go in for returns or exchange if they even have what I want. So frustrating!!! Oh & our Sephora in Kohl's is 100x worse!! No customer service at all. Fenty products changed my life! It is still the only brand that matches my skin perfectly (105). The powder foundation is wonderful! Pro Filtr Soft Matte Longwear Foundation is the only liquid formula I have found that wears well on my oily skin.
