To anybody that noticed the "Orange warning screen" on the dash when I started the bike, this is because I refuse to pay BMW to do my oil changes. I did change the oil, but I need the GS-911 tool to be able to shut off the "change your oil" light. The pipe is a slip-on and does not affect the o2 sensors and will not throw any codes.
Yes, I have had all my bikes on it. It is sturdy, but you have to be smart, make sure it's leveled properly, etc, the springer is about as much as I'd put on it tho, I'm selling things to maybe get a road king or glide and I'd probably not put those on it. But up to 700lbs, no problems. 👌
Stumbled across this video as I’m planning to upgrade the exhaust on my F900XR to this same pipe. You made it look so easy and it sounds awesome! I have zero bike mechanical knowledge and not sure if I could fit it myself but would love to give it a go. Watching from the UK 🇬🇧
1) thanks for the kind words. 2) you can do it. The hardest part was getting the old exhaust's big cat box off the two posts. There are rubber grommets that hold that catiletic converter on. Shoot some lube on those (use a straw in a spray oil) and let it soak, and take a long screw driver or pry bar and really get after it. It will come off. The rest is very straight forward. Let me know if you do it, I'm rooting for ya! 👍 Cheers!

How do you like that Harbor Freight lift. Would it work with the Springer? Sturdy enough?
