You did something I've wanted to do for years, respectfully talk to the man and find out who he's all about. Well done mate just wish it could have lasted longer. Great job though!
thankyou for the video brodie, very well done and appreciated by a 73yr old. i now feel able to chat to "jim" when i pass him by again. thanks also to your able assistants
I'm glad someone took the time to sit down with him and gave him the respectful, thoughtful interview he deserved, and just let him talk for a while. Fascinating person. RIP Jim.
Years on and still greatly missed, for his sake though i'm glad he had his time and didn't have to see how the world has become since his passing. Looking back on this you really were very lucky and all it took was the decency to ask if he would talk about things. I regret that I didn't do the same. RIP Jim!
Well done to everyone involved, this was done so respectfully; it helps in removing the stigma and encourages people to act better. R.I.P Juggling Jim! King's Lynn just got a lot more dull.
Hi. Great Interview. Got some things wrong, Tony's surname is Bowen. Have known Tony for about 40 years, his life time history would make great reading, he has a biography that I'm sure most of West Norfolk would like to hear, unfortunately Tony's memory has kinda mixed up with his dreams, not by intention I'm sure. If you read this, next time you see "Juggling Jim" stick a coin in his hat, he deserves it, and has not had the easiest way of life most of us have.
That was a fascinating insight it has to be said. He seems like a very warm gentleman to be honest and i think people have been blinkered in their perceptions (me included) of him. I will look at him in a completely different way now. Thanks for taking the time to do this and share it with us.
This was great to see 'Jim'! Hopefully now people with walk by and say hi because I'll definitely do that next time I walk by! I finally know more about this man. Ever since I was little I would walk past but I never said hi but now I've see him more in detail I will make sure to say hi and how grateful i am to have seen him.
well completley different to what ive heard about him and starting to really question some of the stuff ive heard about him now. good job on this well made and glad i took the time to watch it and you took the time to make it
Great job on that one. Many questions that have been on many people's minds for years, are now answered. If this was for college or something, you guys will surely be getting an A*
I'm actually in tears, I never spoke to him. I had my girls withbme one day in Kings Lynn when they were about 5 or 6 and the younger one stopped in her tracks, pointed at him and started laughing hysterically because he was playing a guitar with no strings. We were only about six foot away from him and it was so embarrassing. I won't ever forget that moment when I wished the ground would open up and swallow me. Thankyou so much for this video. I looked around and in charity shops in the hope of finding a guitar with strings but I never did and now having seen whatva nice man he was, I wish I'd gone out of my way to buy a new guitar for him. Feeling sad about him. Hope he just went to sleep and didn't reawaken.
in honour of Jim, I drew him and me and my friends photocopied it then shared the pictures around school. He did seem crazy but he gave the place some flair, now we're all sad by his absence. rip, Anthony, you'll be forever missed.
I interviewed this gentleman in the late 80s. He showed me magazines cuttings form when he was famous. This gentleman is an accomplished musician, he played the fiddle....and wrote orchestral pieces and he did write plays. I saw the evidence.
Hello, great video thanks and RIP Juggling Jim. But I am confused about something. I never saw him in 2016 but the previous year I am sure he had no strings on his guitar and at one time the neck was broken. Yet your video shows a guitar with strings. Did someone give him one?
issues? he seems like he has a sound mind to me. non conforming and happy with that as far as I can tell... he gave his permission, that's all he wanted..
You did something I've wanted to do for years, respectfully talk to the man and find out who he's all about. Well done mate just wish it could have lasted longer. Great job though!
Dan James I live in kings lynn

Really well made! I was always wondered whether a documentary like this would ever come to exist, you certainly did it justice dude.

That rumour about him being a millionaire sure has been going around for a long time. I remember hearing about it 9 or 10 years ago.
Top Job - enjoyed that!

Really good video, brought a tear to my eye.
Well done Brodie on a great documentary
Lynn is not the same without you ❤️
I feel like there is still more to his backstory, I'd love to see a full documentary on him.
I think many of us remember him being a part of our childhood, maybe not affiliated with him, but he was always around.
