Duty of every teacher is that they should tell the story in the language which is comfortable to all students, not according to their comfort level.since it's it's a CHSE course and most of the students are from odia medium so they are not be able to catch properly what you are telling!!..so apart from English use hindi language as well so that it will be beneficial for students to learn properly...

This is not a chse course. This is meant for ug 2nd year students with Alternative English. Hence they should have a certain degree of proficiency in the language. However I will keep your advice in mind.
