Great video, Dave! Question for ya. I got my Ninebot MAX and I also live in the awesome OC. Do you know if e-scooters are allowed to ride on that Balboa Beach bike trail? I would love to ride there this weekend but probably too many pedestrians. I would love to hear your thoughts on this.

You know I’ve heard that they are and I’ve also heard that they’re not and then I also heard that people get speeding tickets. I’ll loop the bay probably three times a week so no one’s ever told me to stop and no one’s ever give me a ticket. I’m guessing one of these days soon scooters and bicycles are not going to be allowed because I see bikes that are doing 30 miles an hour nowadays

@@costamesadave thanks for the quick reply, Dave! Yeah that’s what I read online too. I haven’t taken my scooter outside of my neighborhood because of that. Oh well. I guess as long as I ride safely and respectful to others then hopefully it’d be ok. I like it how you are respectful to and careful of other pedestrians 🙃 I’m thinking to take a first ride at the Backbay Bike Trail this afternoon to see how it is.
