Is There A Black Bear In Central Park Burnaby

While we were walking our dog in Central Park , we came across some scat that looked unusual. After close inspection I realized it was black bear scat. Although it is very unusual to see a black bear this far into the city, it does happen. (see below video links) If you happen to see any bears in Burnaby or in Vancouver, I'd like to hear about it in the comments. Finally, the bear got caught and forfeited in 2022?
Very sad because in 2019, the animal could be relocated before getting familiar with humans until the point of need to be sacrificed.
