Got recommended to you guys as im going to LA for my birthday (from bournemouth now live in seattle) and wanted to know the movie houses, now I can't stop watching you guys and it makes me miss england so much more. Thank for posting this, I've been worried because everything fell out after 2 weeks after my transplant and I've been really concerned! but I'm hoping for the best!

Hi Guys been watching your vlogs for a couple of months now and love them. We love seeing all the lovely areas in Yorkshire on your doorstep, inspiring us to plan a visit soon. Thank you for explaining about your hair transplant ,Leigh didn’t realise it was such a process! Just a tip for getting sticky patches of your skin, wipe with baby oil on a cotton pad. Looking forward to seeing your train afternoon tea. X
Here is something I started doing during lockdown - I got some to-go/containers at the supermarket and leave them in the car, so when I get food out, instead of balancing stuff on my lap, I have a proper plate/eating surface now - if it is small enough, I rip the container in half so I can give to my wife for her food. Also got a few forks/knives ready to go as well.
My friend had a hair transplant and it took about 10 months to show. Now they have so much amazing hair! I think they were a bit upset for a while worried it didn’t work. It’ll look fab!

Nick have you tried Star Drops The Pink Stuff, it gets stubborn stains of lots of surfaces. I use it on out white table with pens stains and works wonders. Looking forward to your train afternoon tea vlog, enjoy it x

Can’t believe your self restraint at the kitchen with those desserts. Well done haha! I live a couple of miles away and if I go there for a sandwich there’s always got to be a bun for pudding 🤤. The girls are sooooo cute … I can’t wait for the vlog of you guys on the train…I can’t believe how quick and low your temps have dropped over there…meanwhile I’ve been dealing with consistently 102 degree weather and next couple days it’s going to be up to 106…can you guys get those little pouches of flavoring you can put in your water to enhance it? It helps when you’re trying to drink more water…. Great vlog… love you guys♥️♥️

Leigh if you still have the sticky stuff on you from the dressings get some nail varnish remover it works a treat. We have to use it on my son every time he goes to hospital & has the sticky pads on for the ecg. X

It was stormy here today and it’s still rainy, just as it was on this vlog. Unfortunately, it’s not going to cool anything down. Those sandwiches you had look very tasty!

When you are walking you should just take sips all the time even if not thirsty. My husband did the 3 peaks challenge and was told to drink all the time. His friend ignored this advise and had a really bad headache and was shivering.
You have better will power than me with those cakes! 😋 I couldn't resist! I am more like Leigh, editing a little at a time rather than all at once! Although, sometimes it gets backlogged! 😂

Water really is great, but difficult to keep it up. We all know, they say, the best is to keep sipping all through the day and of course more when doing activities. Would adding some flavour make it more interesting, palatable? Mint leaves, pineapple chunks, berries, citrus.. maybe a variety would make it less boring. Im sure you'll also see a difference in your skin.
Learning to drink more water is a real challenge. For round the house I found using a big reusable drink mug with a reusable straw - somehow sipping was easier for me to train myself. I was on a weight loss regime and had to drink a minimum of 64 fluid ounces a day. It could be why Leigh loses the weight quicker - drinking lots of water helps to flush the system.

Hair transplants and recovery are different for different people, some people shed, some people don’t. I shed very few hairs and was noticing results very early on. It is a personal journey.
I agree, I try not to eat much until11AM, so my stomach stays asleep, it has helped me to loose a lot of weight by skipping food as soon as I wake up in the morning.
Haven't been to kitchen at Howden. We do go to the garden centre there as its not too far from where we live . We will have to try it out . We live near ogden reservoir. I drink way too much tea so will have the water thing . Stay safe 😊❤
I had sticky knickers too! 🤣🤣. Took me a few days to get all the sticky from round my wound.

I really envy you living where you do and all the great eating places you have. We only have one Starbucks which is about 14 miles away, we do have a couple of Costas and then you could count on one hand the number of little coffee shops or places you can get nice lunchtime food. Great vlog, really looking forward to your vlogs from the cruise.

I'm super sensitive to caffeine. I mostly only do decaf now. If I drink caffeine, I get sick. I have IBS diarrhea and microscopic colitis

The theory with water and IBS is that your body needs water to make poo solid, and if you’re dehydrated, it goes short. If I’m dehydrated, I can’t eat ice cream or anything oily.
