- The 3rd episode of Zamini Haqiqat is on Ayushman Bharat Yojana also known as PMJAY. The scheme was launched by PM modi on 23rd September 2018. Budget of this government health insurance scheme is 10 thousand crore. Under this scheme eligible family’s will get the health cover upto 5 lac in a year. इस योजना का काड बनवाकर मै खूद गया था जबलपुर मेट्रो हास्पिटल.जब हम लोग वहा गऐ तो अस्पताल मे बोला गया की सिर्फ बेड चार्ज नही लगेगा तब हम लोगो ने बेड चार्ज पता किया तो बेड चार्ज सिर्फ 400 रूपऐ बस मुफ्त मिलेगा और दवाई आप को खुद लेनी होगी और जो भी जाच होगी उसका पैसा भी देना होगा
और जब हम लोगो ने जाच का खर्चा पता किया तो सब रेट डबल था जो जाच हम बाहर से करा सकते है अगर मेट्रो मे कराते है तो डबल चार्ज देना होगा
ये सरासर फेक योजना है
और अगर कोई इससे इलाज कराता है तो उसको पैसा डबल देना होगा
अगर किसी को लगता है तो आओ जबलपुर और देखो

भाई हम गरीब आदमी है हमारी जरूरत बस रोटी कपड़ा और मकान है मकान तो किराए पर मिल गया कपड़ा मै खुद सी लेता हू और रही रोजगार की बात तो अभी तक जैसे तैसे काम चल ही रहा था लेकिन जब से जीएसटी लगी पुरे शहर मे काम बंद है मै दो साल से बेरोजगार हू थोड़ा बहुत मिल जाता है पर उससे मेरा ही खर्च नही निकल पा रहा अब उसके बाद नई समस्या हो गई मा को ब्रेन हेब्रेज हो गया मैने कुछ पैसा बचाया था जो इलाज मे खर्च हो गया करीब दो लाख रूपऐ अब ना ही पैसा है ना ही काम है आप बताओ मूझे ऐसी सरकार किस काम की जो गरीब की रोजी रोटी छीने मेरा कोई कारोबार नही है मे एक पेशेवर मास्टर हू लेडीज सलवार सुट का और मेरी सैलरी करी 12से 15 हजार तक ही बनती थी
अब ये बताओ मेरे पास काहा से आऐगा काला धन जब किसी से बताओ की काम बंद है तो कुछ लोग बोलते है काम उनही लोगो का बंद है जो टैक्स चोरी करते थे अब बोलो क्या मै टैक्स चोर हू अरे परे महिने का खर्च करने के बाद मेरे पास करीब 2/3 हजार बच जाता था वो पैसा मै जोड़ जोड़ कर घर लेने के लिऐ सालो से रखा तब जाके वो दो लाख हुआ और मा की बीमारी मे सोचा कुछ राहत मिलेगी पर नही मिली मुझे नफरत हो गई है ईस सरकार से काम बंद हुआ हम सह लिऐ पर इलाज के नाम पर झुठा विज्ञापन ये ठीक नही मै तो कसम खा लिया हू भले मै वोट नही दुगा पर अगर देना हू तो मोदी को तो नही दूगा
मेरा काम ही अगर चलता रहता तो मूझे इलाज कराने के लिऐ परेशानी नही होती मै करा लेता लेकिन जब से मोदी की सरकार बनी है हर चीज मे बस झुठ ही झूठ है मै बीजेपी को कभी वोट नही दुगा अपने जीते जी और ना ही मै किसी को राय दूगा की वो वोट दे

Superb Reporting.. hats off to Lallantop team. Hope concerned departments take it on a very serious note.
And I am really sad that private hospitals are not being part of this project. I also understand that operational cost of these hospitals are very high but partial implementation is possible, like depending upon the facilities and infrastructure of a particular private hospital they can limit the patients who will be provided medication & required surgery.
Lallantop should bring this matter to experts and provide a workable solution to the government.

Suggest to cover more than just 1 town or city as it wont give actual impact.
Secondly you can also bring up the role of concerned departments/ officers who should be working on bringing awareness to the people as most such schemes are not even known by public.
So even if vision of PM is good it cant be beneficial to people as they are not even aware .
So MORE CRITICAL IS ROLE OF LOCAL AUTHORITIES.

बिलासपुर से 20-25 किलोमीटर दूर ही मेरे घर है इस योजना के बारे में तो में ज्यादा कुछ नही कह सकता पर बिलासपुर स्वस्थ मंत्री का अपना जिला है फिर भी हॉस्पिटल का बुरा हाल है न डॉक्टर है अच्छे अगर है भी तो भीड़ बहुत है । दावे कुछ और होते पर ज़मीनी हकीकत कुछ और होती है और ये कांग्रेस की सरकार हो चाहे बीजेपी की सब नेता वादे करते पर उन्हें पूरा नही करते।

Providing medical insurance can never be a facility of availability of treatment to all. It is just a way to influence people and persuade that something has happened.
What can be done instead of medical insurance facility?
Answer:
1) Make govt hospitals equally capable of providing better treatment.
2) Fill vacancies of doctors and other staff.
3) Make availability of generic medicines in hospitals.
4) Free as well as subsidised treatment based on incomes tax returns. My mean of income tax return is to know tax paid by patient or her family.

I know many people in my native place who got benefitted .. we have large population and there would be people who may not be aware of it but that doesn't suggest that nothing's is happening however there is always scope of improvement ..that won't happen overnight.

As per my knowledge ayushman is meant only for bpl family,in Himachal other card known as himcare card is also functional from hp govt side,in Himachal most people know it as swasthya card or smart card,only problem is package rate are very low,hence Pvt institute don't offer this policy
