One of the most satisfying travel events is when you discover a lesser known place. Even better when you discover ancient ruins that aren't inundated with other tourists. This might be one of my favourite of your videos. Can't wait to see where you go next.

Very tight edits on this one! The opening scene was very cool(Very low doorway!) and the scene changes with the beat of the music was spot on, which I always appreciate. And yes, the street cats put the Thailand street dogs to shame!

Love your videos and the happiness you bring in each one. One question I had is for the shots where we see you both walk across screen or drive away in your car, do you basically do that and then run back to pick up the camera? We need a behind the scenes view of that happening please!
You guessed right! We run back and forth to position/retrieve the camera. Generally we use the smaller action camera in the interest of safety 😅

I absolutely LOVE feta. I would be constipated every day in Greece if I lived there. I had Saganaki at a Greek restaurant in Koh Samui and it was absolutely divine.

Haha it is quite weird, but that was the 3rd Greek monument where someone approached us and told us to take the mic off our camera. That really seems to be the deciding factor, at least in Greece 😅

*The island where the Athenians go, despite showing the "Macedonian Street" there. The Macedonian Greeks go in Halkidiki which is the three-legged thing on the map in Northern Greece. There you usually find except Greeks, Germans and other Slavic people from Balkans and Russians.
About the cats, it's true. Every neighborhood has that one or two ladies that take care the cats, but personally, I don't think it's such a healthy choice, what we do. You then have every neighborhood with 8-9 semi-stray cats of the same family.
For some side-roads/paths, we don't touch them anymore, because we get complains by tourists that are here almost permanently, which means they come every year. They complain we pour cement and asphalt everywhere. Thus, we leave them as-is. You know, it's not nice having old Germans and British over you head, making your head spin by complaining. HeHe! Thanks for the nice touring video, though.
Thanks for the information! It is a difficult situation with the strays, but from a touristic perspective it is very nice to see them all so healthy and well cared for.

Indeed, the islands are really pricey. Santorini is around 3x more expensive than Athens!

Awww, we miss the Greek cats! But we don't miss the roads. Google Maps took us down so many goat trails in Greece (with a car, not a nice Jeep!). 😂😂

In the small towns it is similarly slap-dash, with the narrow rules and absent traffic laws.
Nothing really compares to the throngs of motorbikes in Vietnam, though 😅

@@OnePackWanderers yep. I had a cat once...years of itchy eyes and sneezing. It was a mild allergy so I kept the cat for a couple years, then it got worse. Had to rehome it to a good friend so I could visit once in a while...after medicating.🤣
