waiting for your enhypen on mama reaction as well as their "let me in" and "10 months" performances. i wanted to see your reaction to them literally flying in 10 months choreo😂
in a simple way, one could say that though enhypen is under belift lab, the music + choreography is handled by bighit. if you’re talking about trainee background, then half of them are bighit trainees.
I think you will like I-land they focused heavily on team aspects, individual character profiles and PERFORMANCE. Heavily emphasised stage performance!!
Sunghoon (the one in the black and white jacket) used to be a figure skater for about 9 years and Ni-ki (the ash blonde) has ballet training, they are the best at doing turns.
@@lwber211 nope, Jake did not train in Big Hit. He won the global audition with over 500 applicants. Then he proceeded to train in Belift before joining the show.
i do not know exactly who does what for them after i-land (besides doobu being the performance director) but during i-land they were taught/examined by probably the most important choreographer/performance director for bts, Son Sung-deuk
You wanted to be on the lookout for NI-KI - that was him (blond hair/black top) that did that 1-1/2 turn after the 'Red Blood' section on the right (Jake on the left in the green did a 3/4 turn). Heeseung has the wide wing span legs and did the high leg kick. 0:27 yes that's what i gathered from your mv reaction too it wasn't a specific person coz each member had their chance to be in the center and they really delivered their parts well
Son Sung Deuk, BTS performance director, was one of the performance critique/producers of the I-Land series (Part 2). Also Heeseung trained with members of Tomorrow X Together (TXT) and is good friends with Yeonjun and Taehyun. Jay/Sunghoon/Jungwon were also trainees at Big Hit prior to participating in I-Land.
Ayyyyyye i love your reaction a lot for real ! Their choreography are so lit for real and their really synchronized ! I’ve been amazed by their smooth moves :) I can recommend you their performance for their debut show. They performed Let me in, 10 months and flicker. And theses 3 songs are really good and their skills are huge even if they’re make their debut last week
Mr. Son sungdeuk is the performance director that connects all the bh groups, however for specific choreos i think they occasionally use other bh choreographers or sometimes external ones. for example for puma, txt had female choreographers, which I believe work for bh.
Yes..Doobu is ENHYPEN Director Performance from BELIFT LAB (a joined company of CJ Ent & BigHit Ent.). Also was a choreographer from BigHit Ent along with Son Sungdeuk.. now Doobu only focusing on ENHYPEN
The BigHit training will of course include the same team of trainers, but the common theme that I've observed is - just quality. They are clean, they are synchronised, each expression is extended to the end of each digit, each jump is the same height (unless it's meant to differ), the whole presentation is - well - neat. Choreography may rest on familiar elements which form a band's vocabulary, but always includes new elements. Enhypen use a common "language", but their dance is different to BTS'. I love Enhypen's dance skill. They are the first band that comes close to BTS' standard, and they do so very early in their career - but they have been chosen because of the skills they already have rather than for their potential - of course. BTS never had that luxury, and it took them years to perfect, but I feel that the fact that they developed together has built an unrepeatable bond with ARMY, and has also informed their song writing and their music. There will never be another BTS, but I look forward to seeing more music from KPop that has a substantial meaning and message. It is clear that Enhypen are a great band for KPop, but I will need to see more before I can tell if they have the potential to produce meaningful music.
im so proud of them! watching i-land im so scared for jake since he just trained for a short period of time but he worked hard more than anyone else and now he's an all rounder who can sing rap and dance im so proud of him making it into Enhypen

3:35 you ain't wrong about them having the same trainer as the groups under BigHit Ent. like BTS and TXT. Enhypen is managed by Belift Lab but they are a joint label created by BigHit Ent. and CJ E&M Ent. and Bang Sihyuk the CEO of BigHit Ent. is in charge of producing and training.
Their choreography and performance director are from Bh, so that's why they have a BH style of choreography. And also some of them have training under BH also.
1:50 That move your referring to, the one where they all line up and create an image using their bodies and that you've never seen it travel, that's called a Shiva or a moving Shiva. If they're standing in the same spot and create an image it's just a Shiva but if they're moving while creating an image, it's referred to as a Moving Shiva.

You have to watch the relay dance of Given & taken. It's like a completely new formation and they move so smoothly that it's amazing to watch..
I love your reaction vids! Looking forward for other Enhypen reaction vid of yours! I learned a lot from you and the group look so cool and powerful!
Heeseung is the only one wearing a baseball cap! Lol him and his hats lol.... I like your reactions and thank you for reacting!💕💕💕
Jay stood out for me in this performance along with heesung and jungwon! *CENTER JAY IS SO DANGEROUS*
Ayyyyyye i love your reaction a lot for real ! Their choreography are so lit for real and their really synchronized ! I’ve been amazed by their smooth moves :) I can recommend you their performance for their debut show. They performed Let me in, 10 months and flicker. And theses 3 songs are really good and their skills are huge even if they’re make their debut last week
they dance so well
“Well polished” JJSKS OMG THEY HAD LIKE 2 MONTHS TO PREPARE FOR THEIR DEBUT-
Mr. Son sungdeuk is the performance director that connects all the bh groups, however for specific choreos i think they occasionally use other bh choreographers or sometimes external ones. for example for puma, txt had female choreographers, which I believe work for bh.
YEAH I forgot I was going to mention this in my comment too!
Totally agree, the choreography is really really BigHit style..
With jump, and etc that's why I love it
It hurts my soul how beautiful and cool they are I love them
Hearing his compliments already makes me so much prouder and happier for Enhypen🔥❤️❤️
Yes..Doobu is ENHYPEN Director Performance from BELIFT LAB (a joined company of CJ Ent & BigHit Ent.). Also was a choreographer from BigHit Ent along with Son Sungdeuk.. now Doobu only focusing on ENHYPEN
They're insanely Synchronized!!
I would have loved to have seen Daniel debut in Enhypen but I love the lineup! Im so proud of them all! They are beyond amazing!
i think bts, txt and enhypen are all trained by bighit's choreographer, Son Sungdeuk!
loved your comparison with gringott's bank haha it's so accurate !
im so proud of them! watching i-land im so scared for jake since he just trained for a short period of time but he worked hard more than anyone else and now he's an all rounder who can sing rap and dance im so proud of him making it into Enhypen
i love how hes already becoming a fanboy of them and when he said "OoOOh YES TURN🙄🤩" HAHAHAHAHAHHA
I cant believe that my kid niki is the youngest in the whole kpop industry
That's a good point...they have the same polish. What a great way to describe it. I can't watch other kpop boy groups....I don't like their choreography. I love this kind of polish! Kudos to the choreographers and trainers and stylists!!!
YOU ARE LITERALLY MY FAVOURITE AND I LIKE HOW YOU DESCRIBE EVERYTHING ABOUT ANY IDOLS VIDEO AND ALSO LOVED YOUR COVER OF LOVELY ( BY WINWIN &TEN )ONE ❤️🙏
Sending lots of love from INDIA 🇮🇳
I love watching other dancers dissect choreo. I feel like I’m with my people 😌✨
They all had to be strong these were the best of the best on I land (as well as the group that's debuting this year under Big Hit Japan) i'm so proud of them they're doing so good💜
In the choreography ver. Of The MV the only one who nailed the turning was Niki, they were dancing in a dessert and it was really hard to turn like that on the hard surface but Niki nailed it, all of them did great but Niki did sth really amazing in that video.
The main dancer things Niki does :)
Omg!!!! Ive been waiting for this!!!!
You should know
In this group Niki is the maknae and
Also he is the maknae of kpop industry
I just died with the Harry Potter reference, tks it made my day
3:35 you ain't wrong about them having the same trainer as the groups under BigHit Ent. like BTS and TXT. Enhypen is managed by Belift Lab but they are a joint label created by BigHit Ent. and CJ E&M Ent. and Bang Sihyuk the CEO of BigHit Ent. is in charge of producing and training.
Waited for this, Jeff. ❤️
I'm new! I really love your channel, and thank you for the explanations and recap for the newbies!
Their choreography and performance director are from Bh, so that's why they have a BH style of choreography. And also some of them have training under BH also.
I land was such a journey and an emotional ride
1:50 That move your referring to, the one where they all line up and create an image using their bodies and that you've never seen it travel, that's called a Shiva or a moving Shiva. If they're standing in the same spot and create an image it's just a Shiva but if they're moving while creating an image, it's referred to as a Moving Shiva.
8:23
am i tripping or did niki do 2 spins and the rest did one(second guy from the left)
You saw it right
Waiting for your reactions in the performances at MAMA 2020 yesterday💕
TXT and SKZ have also done that travelling lineup, but yeah it's super rare but pleasant to see, such a good image imo
7:24 heeseung actually tripped on Jay's foot and I actually didn't notice that until someone told us lol they both covered it so well like proffesionals
I agree. Their polish is BTSesque. And I love. For the first time out....this dance is executed excellently!!!! Brava.
Seriously speaking, I appreciate the choreo more because of your reaction! Bop
I am a dancer and actually does ballet and jazz basics in our dance classes and I couldn't agree more with your points. Aaaaaaah and as an Engene, thank you!!! hahahaha
I love Wicked too. Love your jacket.
2:00 stray kids also did it during i.n's part in the bridge in back door
Jeff - it just dropped that ENHYPEN is having a comeback in September - some are saying 9/27/21 - since it is a full moon! I will look forward to your thoughts on their comeback!
