You are making us proud to be Jamaicans. This is the only blog I go to when I need to touch basis with my heritage while learning about another country. What a great feeling to be from a little island in the Caribbean to being so popular all over the world. Yes, all the people you have interviewed so far proves how courageous, adaptable, resourceful, ambitious and creative Jamaicans are. I would like to visit a lot of the countries you have done so far but right now I can only fulfill my dreams thru the eyes of the people you interview. Thank you for bringing to us ‘Jamaica to the World’ ❤️🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
Superb interview Xavier, very insightful. As an Aitcheson originally from Dias, it’s always nice to see another one thriving. All the best with your studies & placements De'Andra; safe travels. Blessings.
Impressive interview. You both were a natural. Keep using your platform to empower & inform. De Andra you are officially an ambassador for those in the Caribbean who wish to visit Georgia.

Another excellent interview!! Now I look forward to these interviews on a Sunday afternoon. I pray that God will cover this beautiful, humble, smart and deering young lady De'andra as she completes her study far away from home. May her loved ones see and enjoy the fruit of her labour.
Another wonderful interview. Wishing De'Andra all the best with her studies. Side note: I have a cousin living in Georgia... not Jamaican but of Jamaican parentage.
@@deandraaitcheson8587 Hey Deandra, I am in upper six and I am interested in studying medicine in Georgia. Are you open to sharing the process to get there etc.?
Hello, thank you for that question. I personally do not have an issue getting along with Georgians. However, I have friends who are not of fair complexion ( Jamaican as well) living in Georgia and from their perspective they said definitely there is a big difference. The lighter you are the more people you will get to know here. From Georgians point of view- they tend to gravitate towards the person of fair complexion rather dark but it's not a problem for them to become friends or communicate with he/she of dark complexion.
@@deandraaitcheson8587Hi De'A dra, It was great getting to know you and your experience in Georgia. My wife and I will be in Tbilisi on vacation in April. It would be nice to link up even for lunch or coffee. Could bring you a can of Ackee 😅...let us know 🙏🏾
WOUNDERFUL , REFRESHING INTERVIEW XAVIER. BRILLIANT YOUNG LADY FOLLOWING HER DREAMS AND GOALS. I PRAY YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN ALL YOUR ENDEAVORS DE'ANDRA
This interview was so nice and light and refreshing on this Sunday afternoon. Wine, nature, history...sounds nice. All I've heard about Georgia was war and poverty...see why u must visit places for urself and don't follow news/Google?
Georgia is a beautiful country, I visited there in 2019 and I had a wonderful time . It’s definitely a hidden gem . As a Jamaican myself I must say that the people are lovely and warm and you would be surprised to know how much they love our Jamaican coffee. Fun fact when I arrived in Georgia I was presented with a bottle of wine from the immigration officer…. He was very happy to welcome me to Georgia 🇬🇪. It’s definitely a country that I will be visiting again .
1. Most youngsters in Georgia speak decent English. I was quite surprised when she said that we don’t😕😕 I have yet to meet a Georgian that speaks German tbh. 2. It does get extremely cold during the winter here. 3. Most of the stray dogs are vaccinated and sterilized. Some of them are taken care of by the locals. They are usually friendly, however, I was bitten by one two years ago so pay attention to their body language before petting them🥰
I thought it was odd that she said the Georgians didn't speak English since most young Georgians speak conversational English in my experience. Maybe where she lives, the majority doesn't speak much English. I didn't really catch where exactly she said she lives. In the capital, the young people most definitely speak English. They have multitudes of videos showcasing this place, in addition to Georgians you meet from the city.
@@madewithrealdiamonds I don’t know if she mentioned where she moved but considering the fact that she studies here, I will assume that she lives in the capital. So very strange that she doesn’t meet young Georgians that speak English🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
Georgia has pretty flexible and lenient residence permit requirements, along with Armenia, Serbia, and Turkey. They also have very favorable tax laws for business owners. I'd be gracious to travel there one day maybe if I'm fortunate enough. Try to learn Russian while you're there as well. It's a very useful language.

It takes courage to live abroad
She has such a warm smile. I hope she remains safe there. It’s right next to Russia.
Thanks for enlightening us, because I saw it a few days ago, and thought it was here in the USA.
The fact that DeAndra has a fair complexion, did that make a difference in getting along with the Georgian people?
Samething I was thinking 🤔
No. I am a student here as well.

It's called the sign of the cross..Catholics do it..it was very common in Jamaica when I was growing up.
If you're Christian you would make the sign of the cross.
@@eleisha5054 no dear only Catholics do it. Methodists, Presbyterians, Baptists or Pentecostal Christians don't do it..
De'andrea you are brave being so receptive to the 🐕
lover her, very nice🤩
I would miss the home cooked meals too
The weather is very cold
my aunty is from hanover
She's beautiful
Four degrees is nothing compared to us her at times when we’re in the icebox the temperature is below zero
how can i get in contact with her?
Nice she is the .talk.talk girl but it was good
Explain please
What do you mean by "talk talk girl"?
Indians are there too.
Bro when are going to one for St.Vincent and The Grenadines?
To get things done in Jamaica it is so slow and if a Jamaican finds Georgia slow. Wow wow wow
It's hard to pronounce those places where she is located 😂
