I've been living here in Maine for nearly 40 years. I may not be well educated in the names of great artists, but I am slightly embarrassed that I never heard of Mr. Barter until today. there are unknown artists all over here and there doing good work. i know a guy in NY who is phenomenal, and hardly known, but he keeps on keeping on.
