- Hace unos días, entre el 10 y el 12 del presente mes, realicé un curso de fotografía nocturna en las costas del norte penínsular, concretamente entre la costa occidental de Asturias y la oriental de Galicia.

A few days ago, between the 10th and the 12th of this month, I took a night photography course on the peninsular north coasts, specifically between the western coast of Asturias and the eastern coast of Galicia.
The practical workshop was organized by a company called NIGHT COLORS, and we were supervised by two great professional photographers Francisco Múñoz (Farero) and Iván Sánchez (Fusky).
The magnificent environment in which we practice (worth as it shows this place of Cadavedo Asturias where we stayed), the good atmosphere that was with the classmates and the didactic-pedagogical quality of the teachers was reflected in the results obtained.
For me, it was a memorable experience.
Serve this video, whose title is intended to be a nice nod to those responsible for the course, to show a different perspective of the landscape in which we made some of our photographs, as well as to thank the training received to Paco and Ivan and the good atmosphere maintained by the companions coming from the different places of this country.

El taller práctico lo organizaba una empresa llamada NIGHT COLOURS, y estuvimos tutelados por dos grandes fotógrafos profesionales Francisco Múñoz (Farero) e Iván Sánchez (Fusky).
El magnífico entorno en el que practicamos (valga como muestra este paraje de Cadavedo Asturias donde nos alojamos), el buen ambienté que hubo con los compañeros y la calidad didáctico-pedagógica de los profesores se vio reflejado en los resultados obtenidos.
Para mi, fue una experiencia memorable.
Sirva este vídeo, cuyo título pretende ser un guiño simpático a los responsables del curso, para mostrar una perspectiva diferente del paisaje en el que hicimos algunas de nuestras fotografías, así como para agradecer la formación recibida a Paco e Iván y el buen ambiente mantenido por los compañeros procedentes de los distintos lugares de este país.

Estuve disfrutando de un magnífico fin de semana haciendo fotos nocturnas en difernetes playas del norte. Disfrutando de esos paisajes que tanto me gustan y del mar que tan lejos nos queda a las gentes del Interior. Un auténtico chute de frescura y bien estar. Si tengo tiempo haré un vídeo con las fotos, que resultaron curiosas.

Una pregunta, como se han portado las gaviotas? Tengo entendido que van a por lo drones, y en esos acantilados habría unas cuantas no?

La verdad es que no le hicieron ningún caso.
Si te digo la verdad, no había muchas, ni siquiera se acercaron al drone. Tengo unas imágenes en en pantano en Binaced volando dentro del bando de gaviotas, tampoco es que se agobiasen demasiado. Supongo que dependerá de las aves y del momento, que tengan nidos cerca, territorialidad ,etc. Por lo normal, creo que se sienten más asustadas que amenazadas, sobre todo por el ruido de los motores. En mi caso ningún ave se ha acercado al drone con intenciones de atacarle, evidentemente no me gusta abusar de volar en el entorno de aves, aunque en alguna ocasión que he volado para grabar un paisaje bonito si hay aves en el entorno he optado por volar, por supuesto intentando causarles el menor grado de molestias posibles.
Supongo que molestias similares se las podría causar un ultraligero a motor o incluso un helicóptero volando bajo. Como en todas las facetas de mi vida, intento aplicar el sentido común, aunque no en todas las ocasiones lo consigo, al menos me esfuerzo en ello. ;-)

Beautiful landscapes Toño of the green Asturias. I felt some vertigo when you flew over the steep cliffs. And the houses are quite close to the edge, I hope the cliffs will not erode.... I hope we will be able to see some of your output of the night colours course, it would be interesting. Saludos!

The combination of the green of the prairies with the blue of the sea generates a wonderful environment (similar to the Dutch) that for the people of interior, as it is my case is enormously attractive.
The night photography course was one of the most interesting activities I have done in my life. I think the photographic results were good and the learning satisfactory. I will try to make a video as much as possible, because I would like to share the images with whoever wants to see them in this virtual community of which we are part. I will try to at least attach an image in this message back, but I do not know if it will be possible. Thank you very much friend, for watching and commenting on the video, I have not yet had time to see chapter three of the tribulations of the mute swan and the coot, but I am anxious to see what happened.

I am not on FB but with the link I could see your photo’s and wow I was exited about the quality, colours, composition and light. Simply FANTASTIC. I can imagine you were happy to have done this workshop. I remember the horreos, we saw them a.o. in a small village called Libardon when we were in Asturias in 2009. Congratulations with these photo’s!!
