Great videos. As far as I can remember the two screws holding the slow speed governer are different lengths. Getting them back wrong and it won't work. I've replaced the pad of death on various yashicas and it's no fun!

The two screws holding the slow speed governor have the same length, 2mm. But one of them have a bigger head...
