hit it like a man, cmon
Can you say Tom Petty and Foo Fighters
Perhaps the pest snare I’ve played. Super sensitive, and the rim shots are unreal!
Beautiful cracking sound on high tuning.
Great job Barry!
Definitely more versatile
than the Tama bellbrass.
Tama Bell Brass is actually cast bronze shell ;)
jOkA1990CRO So is the Gretsch one, its the same concentration of metal.
DrumboiBanne you’re thinking of the Gretsch USA phosphor bronze
Roman Garcia The regular Phosphor Bronze is a welded shell. The USA Solid Phosphor is a solid cast shell. However all these shells are more than likely roto cast while the old Tama shells are sand cast which makes a superior shell. Even the 40th Anniversary Tama drums are roto cast. It’s probably the same factory in Taiwan making all these solid cast shells for all the drum companies.
Can you provide Anything to back up this claim as to the type of casting, country of origin or how sand casting vs. roto effects quality or sound? I didn’t think so.
Medium Tuning sounds GREAT.
do it all snare, I like it.
