I grew up watching sister sister as well! I saw Tamera on an episode of finding your roots with Henry Louis Gates. Well, they traced her roots all the way back to the early 1600s! Her 16-times great grandparents were on the Mayflower! That just blew my mind! She also has black ancestors from the Bahamas. She has such a fascinating genealogy!

Sitting on that comfortable couch affects your posture, Jen. A higher couch would be better and will help you not to slouch. Especially before you are tall. Also, wear waist high jackets and not blazers dresses, not skirts. Just tips.
