Good one buddy and very handy to watch as I have had to replace the front master cylinder piston with a new kit on my ZX 14 and that job was an easy one but I did not know If I could bleed the brakes just on my own rather than getting a friend to push the lever so cool as video buddy from Roland Keith.
Hi there , thanks for the video , i read a few years ago that you couldn't change the brake fluid as it messed with the abs so it had to be done in the Kawasaki dealers so that's what i did , have you not had any problems , was i being blagged ?
Hi, no thats not true, plenty of people do it. At some point i want to change the brake lines and i was thinking maybe it might mess with the abs pump and it would have to be plugged into a dealers diagnostic machine and reset, but ive been reliably informed thats also not true, i can change the brake lines and bleed as normal. Kawasaki’s own service manual tells you how to bleed the brakes which is what i followed, its very simple and no different to bleeding the brakes on any other vehicle. Hope this helps 👍
Thx CJ I'll be using this and the Clutch vid. Much appreciated!! 2018 zx14

No problem, certainly and easy job you can do yourself 👍
You might look into “speed bleeders”, they will dramatically improve your fluid changing efforts.
Hi have done the plugs get the proper tool it's straight forward it's the fairings that seems tricky. 👍

@@cjrides.1 excellent thank you
Dude you can change the fluid indeed with ABS.
What bike stand is that that you’re using?
Abba super bike stand with front lift arm and motoglide wheels 👍 (Superbike stand package 3 on their website)
@@cjrides.1 yessir! Grabbin! Thanks for the quick response and good vids!
Easier with a vaccuum hand pump sucking it through and quicker. 👍😉
I’ll definitely do that next time 😂
