I worked at a Ford dealer in 1969 and 1970 I remember these cars in the commercials well boy those were the days. Bought a 1970 Mach 1 in 1973 and still own it today. What a great car.

In 1976 I picked up my Fully loaded 1971 Torino GT for $1,500.. Now you cant even buy the louvers that came on it for that price !

A 1970 Torino GT, red with the Laser Stripe, was the real attention grabber in the high school homecoming parade in the Fall of '69 in my little town... I was supposed to photographing my senior '70 classmates that were in the parade, but I took more shots of that Torino! LOL

How I would like to go back in time and purchase one of these cars. I have the cash. Then bring it back to this time. You can't afford them now.
Another note too todays advertisers. See how short the commercials were and not so many during the shows. I can watch these, but today too long and too many.
