What a heart rate! Scary. Perhaps not surprising, but I'm guessing it's optical (watch) rather than a chest strap, so not likely to be that bad. What makes those beeps?
It was a chest strap, but I don't think I went much above 140? My max is about 150 due to blood pressure meds, but unmedicated people can go much higher. The beeps are my Garmin head unit. It beeps for any notification on my phone, plus it's connected to a radar light that beeps to let me know a car is approaching behind me

I use a DJI Osmo Action 4, and a program called Telemetry overlay to add the overlays from the data from my garmin head unit
