Wow, you're doing a great job, and I love your stitched hair... With counted cross stitch, it's always fascinating to see the picture grow. And yours are amazing 🥰 keep having fun on your stitching journey
I love your anniversary piece! When you were talking about the sheen in your hair on your Crosstitch piece, your real hair had a beautiful sheen too!!!
Always love to see your projects Vani! And I love your fabric for the mystery Sal. Can't wait to see that piece come together! Your anniversary piece is looking great as well!!😊 loved hearing your stats!
I'm doing the cross stitch studio SAL also, seeing your other SALS from them I had to check them out. I think we get a new page every 2 weeks. This is my first full coverage Sal, enjoying it very much
I am always super excited to see a new video from you pop up! Goes to the top of my watch list almost every time. I had a surprise unplanned new year new start of tcss mystery sal 2023, as I happened to win it from the giveaway in the Fab 4 group. I'm pretty sure I will not be able to keep up but it will be fun to take part. This year I have decided to have a focus piece that I will work on every other day or so, and switch up between my other wips on the other days. I put pictures of all my wips on a word doc, and so my kids can pick which I stitch on those days (unless something specific is calling me of course). I'm going to be loose with it, but I think it'll go well on getting the focus done quickly but without the stress that I feel if I work on one project too many days in a row (after two or three days on a single project I start getting antsy for my other wips). Loving how your wedding piece is coming along, can't wait to see your face emerge! Happy stitching!
Hi Vani! Beautiful fabric for the Into the Garden Mystery SAL by TCSS and wonderful start! Nice progress on Mini Moose Crossing as well. Any chance you are going to work on it at least once a week instead of in your rotation to try to keep up and finish it? You are right, those colors are so similar to Sleepy Owlet. There are a lot of colors in that diagonal! QS Sapphire is looking gorgeous! Nice amount of stitches on her as well. Oh, so close to 50% on her. Yay for progress on Ganesha as well. Just absolutely love the colors together in this piece. Nice amount of stitches on Ganesha as well. Fantastic work on your anniversary piece. So exciting to see your eye coming in. I love the way the hair is coming to life as well. Wow, phenomenal number of stitches on it as well. Congrats on finishing the gift for your friend You are right, it is a journey to do our craft and especially with the majority, if not all, of yours being full coverage. Unless it is a small piece I plan on gifting, I am not putting deadlines on any of my pieces. They get done when they get done. Hope you have a wonderful month or until we see you again. Happy stitching.
Love your work. How the heck do you stitch so quickly?? I hadn't done a lot of cross stitch, and jumped straight into the deep end with a full coverage HAED for my daughter... that drove me so crazy I put it away for years. Then I stumbled onto youtube videos introducing me to parking, working on the diagonal, and most importantly PATTERN KEEPER. I am back onto it with a vengeance, but even with the tips and tricks I have learned from youtubers, I still am no where near your stitching speed. Is it because it's a HAED pattern with more than 90 colours, and being stitched 2 over 1 on 25+ count even weave??
I think my speed comes with experience. I've been doing this for a long time. Check out some of my past how to Videos. You may find a new technique that you will like. Keep at it, just one stitch at a time!
Wow I love the progress of your anniversary piece 😊
So much stitching Vani, congratulations!
Love your progress on your wips. Happy stitching!
Thank you! You too!

I think I'm going to stick with my Anniversary for the time being. Hope to still make progress a bit on all the other projects.
