hey, what's the bar at the bottom of your weakaura tracking please and number to the right of that?
The bar is an After the Wildfire tracker. Basically tells me how much rage before I trigger the group heal so I can play around it for self/group healing. To the right of that is just a target range tracker.

Do you just spam iron fur as much as possible?
If you're using a build with the Thorns of Iron talent then yes you want to use Ironfur as much as possible 24/7. If you aren't taking Thorns then it just depends on how much physical damage intake you need to reduce at any given moment.
So no more arcane or is this an alt?
I might play Arcane as an alt but at least for 10.1 and 10.1.5 I'll be maining Guardian
