Mine stopped working due to loss of suction. Washing the filter did not work anymore, it was completely clogged. I took the vacuum outside today and turned it on with the filter removed, and suction the dirt from the filter. Now it’s working like new. Saved me from buying a replacement filter.

I had gone crazy trying to clean those little holes clogged with dust! My manual didn't show taking it aoart, but common sense told me there had to be away. My screws under the washable filter were like yours but I just went with it! My baby looks brand new! Thank you for sharing this video!

Once you get to the three screws, mine has like four more screws after that, up in between the red part and the outside filter.
