Great video, thank you. Saved me a trip to the repair shop. Purchased part on Amazon for $11. Machine actually runs better now than it did when I got it back from the repair shop the last time. I am thinking that perhaps they had constricted one of those fuel tubes. It was always stalling on me now it runs great.
A very good video. Two suggestions… You didn’t mention the pulse line connection when reinstalling that’s an important step. Also, the short primer line is lower quality than the other, good idea to replace it while you have it apart. 👍
Usually I'll replace the fuel lines any time I go through that much trouble that way I don't get to replace the fuel lines next mowing season. Some of my mower business customers will ask me to clean and rebuild the carb as well to renew everything so they don't have to chance the downtime considering if the primer bulb wore out the rest won't be far behind.
Did you watch the video before commenting? This unit already had a new carb and lines installed about 4 months ago. I mentioned that now would be a good time to replace the lines.
This is a fantastic video. Thank you so much. I am pretty sure this is going to save me hours of confusion and chaos. I gave you a thumbs up and smashed the subscribe button!
that's all and wonderful but how do you get fuel lines to stay in in place when you put it back together. no matter what i do they want to jump out of place.
I really enjoy your channel and have learned much from you. At times, I have struggled to remove the primer bulb itself, you know, getting it unsnapped from the plastic base to which it is attached. I worry about breaking the base of the bulb, especially if I’m just replacing fuel lines and want to keep the original bulb. You’ve done this for years and maybe you have a favorite tool or technique to make this disconnection easier. Please share with us.
Love watching your videos . I need help , i have a br600 that wont turn off from the throttle . Throttle works fine but when i push down on the throttle lever it wont turn off.i have to choke it to turn it off

I’ve got the same blower , I didn’t take anything off but the cover ? It’s a little tricky to get the tubes back on but it’s doable!

My hero
Wtd,My top screw to the filter box won't come out any suggestions on my BR600???
Oops meant BR 350!
Where did you get the primer bulb and would it fit on a 800c
My bubble will not fill up with fuel when I put the new one on
I’m thinking the fuel hoses are bad also, with all the work to get it apart might as well just rebuild fuel system, carb and all hoses😊
I here you
These machines are tools but this 600 sure is dirty & abused! Do you ever clean these units up before returning to the customer?
God Lee , tear lots of stuff man
How do you know???
I know...
Thank you!!!!!!
