Dammit 11 years later and I'm obsessed with this show again. I'm still pissed that the final movie was scrapped. Mattel should release the cancelled script of Acceleracers 5 just to put everything to rest.

I watched a video on how to make twists works in writing, and the example of kurt's dad being a silencerz is a well-written one, as it recontextualize his speech while understanding the deeper motives of him.
Surprisingly, a good example that's being compared to this one was Omniman's speech on his son and his relationship, bout how there's always a more important duty for him.
Im not privy to Acceleracers lore but I do remember during that speech in the third movie with his dad, his father looks at a picture of their mother when talking about Duty and Family and both meaning everything to him. Did something happen to the Wheeler's Mom like they divorced or she passed away earlier in their lives?
@SuperRavensfan101 There's a theory going around that Verts Mom is actually somehow Golurm. If you look closely at the picture of his mom it does look almost exactly like how golurm would look. But then again there is Karma who looks almost identical to Golurm as well. Makes you think if there was 6 movies if both Karma and verts mom were somehow working with the drones. Kurt even suggests Karma looks just like her, and she is always so interested in drone tech like as if she's trying to make herself more like a drone by instinct. 😅 makes you think eh?

Kelly Dunois Road Runner is cooler than thr Charger, though lol. Dom almost killed a dude, though. Taro can be a d!cK, but he still keeps his cool. Charger went from 66-72 and Road Runner 68-72, but a much more rare and stylish car even with character and a variety of bright, cartoony colors kind of like the '71 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda, worth even more than the two main Dodges. Just my preference I guess. I find the Road Runner to be one of the most badass muscle cars in history.

When you brought up the passiveness of the Silencerz, it reminded me of when they destroyed the Mechasaurus Rex in the Junk Realm. Those cars carry even more firepower then the Racing Drones, and their decision not to use it on any of the racers really does show how they focus on racing discreetly.

And yeah, they're a smart crew. Really love how they're portrayed as direct opposites to the Racing Drones
It showed up as a hazard in the card game, that's where I got the name from.
Accelepedia calls it the Mechanized Destroyer, but most people call it the Mechasaurus Rex like on the card game.

Man I miss Banjee, he was one of my favourite characters in world race, especially how he would yell something in excitement everytime he hit 300mph.

It’s awful knowing they never finished the series, it truly makes me sad as I had AcceleRacers cars and watched it all the time as a kid, I rewatched it and opened my eyes how well it was made, so much potential it had, I pray someday it’ll return but it won’t be butchered, the same vibe, the same characters, etc. One of the best series ever and that’s a fact!

It's interesting how banjees car was found in the swamp in fairly decent condition, looking like it's only been there a couple of months, his glass was intact so I knew he used some sort of EDR to get out. That always stumped me as a kid
I don't think he used an EDR to get out, I think he got stranded but ended up being rescued by the Silencerz. Remember how Tezla didn't start putting EDR's in the cars until the drivers started winning AcceleChargers?

World Race cars never had an EDR built in, so Banjee most likely got found by the silencerz and they used an EDR to get back to base, my theory comes from the reference to Gig saying Dr.Tezla stole their technology which explains his car and mechanics of the EDR are similar, except they only bring the driver back, leaving the car stranded

Even though it’s still unconfirmed, this definitely makes sense. Especially when you think about how in the last movie there are three silencerz in the acceledrome that help Vert fight off the Drones

I miss this show so much. Even if they just re aired the show and put out new hot wheels to coincide, I would be perfectly happy with people being exposed to this. It was a part of my child hood along with transformers and bionicles.
Watching this video has shown me how much more this series has and how many people know about this series. Before I thought this was niche and forgotten, but I've been proven so wrong. No-one really forgot, they just never had anything to talk about, until now

It's so terrifying how calm they were. In the Junk Realm when that giant dinosaur kicked one of the Silencerz, they weren't in much of a hurry to press their EDR to escape

@@alceusrydan6237 prob the tech only activates one function at a time, like how they don't turn into another car while invisible and only after the camouflage is down
Remember at the end of Race 2 in Highway 35 Banjee said to Vert “I’ve already squared it with them, they said will kick your bumper next time but only on the real track!” Then vert replied with saying “you’re on”.
This could be a reference to Banjee working for the silencerz to stop the racing drones from winning Acclechargers in the racing realms. Because after the road beasts and wave rippers finished in last place after encountering the greatest challenge in the second race of Highway 35.
im glad to see people other than me remembering what an awesome series World Race and Acceleracers was, and I want so badly for Hot Wheels to continue upon their story so they dont leave us on an eternal cliffhanger. Hot Wheels Nation!
I know this will be more of a stretch than the Kurt disguise theory, but hasn't anyone thought of any reason why the Silencerz also disguise as Karma? Remember when Kurt said she reminded him of Gelorum? Perhaps the Silencerz disguise as Karma to make the humans believe she is working with the drones (or is Gelorum in disguise) to win, namely all the times Taro gets yeeted. Pretty interesting video you put out! Keep it up!
How would The Silencerz know of Karma and the fact that she lookds like Gelorum?

@@NOLOAF-AR my theory is that Taro seems to have a soft spot for the ladies, considering he saved Lani in the first leg of the world race, and they seemed to get really close, so disguising themselves as the only known female racer of Tezla's crew seemed to be logical enough
@@RaixsOreh true to add on, you can see Karma has a thing for Taro so see that aggression from her will make him more likely to bump her off the track given the chance, and I think the Ice realm is the only one Kurt isn’t selected to drive so the classic Kurt disguise would’ve blown their cover too fast, seeing that this realm happens before 3.0 breaking point.
One thing I've noticed from watching multiple theories is with Ballistic being in the swamp realm. In the storm realm, Dr. Tezla and Lonnie both tell the drivers that there is no way to open the realms again. The wheel decides when a realm will open... But, in Highway 35, Banjee was caught opening old tracks to practice with his team. His overall knowledge of driving and the realms themselves lead Banjee to be one of the strongest forces with the Silencerz. Considering Dr. Tezla had Silencer tech as well it may be possible that Dr. Tezla had to break some of Banjee's rules

Although the Karma thing only affects Taro really, it makes a huge impact on the humans winning. Taro could've won the Ice and Pipeline Realms, if it weren't for the Silencerz. The Silencerz, with former World Race drivers, must recognize the capabilities of Taro as a driver, and thus have to target him in order to have a good chance at winning accelechargers. And, correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't all the Silencerz' attacks (EMPs) directed towards former World Race Leaders? They are very deliberate on which human drivers they target if that is the case.
Yes they are! The Silencerz only ever EMP the former World Race Leaders. Since all of the rescued Silencerz were also participants in The World Race, they know of the team leader's skills and see them as a threat.
Justified, seeing how Taro blitzes the Water Realm when there’s no one else on the track.

I never knew how many people were still into this series over 10 years down the line. I figured I was one of few who remembered it, but given that this video has 30k views, I can see how wrong I was.

Almost 2019... still hoping for acceleracers 5 to be published. So many question marks left. All those years i kept thinking about what happened after that. I even saw battle force 5 just to see if there is any easter egg or sth like that, but ended up that the show was a piece of sh*t. One the best shows of my childhood still possesses me :/

Wow I never knew all of this I only knew that Vert’s dad was a silencer I thought Alec Wood Dan Dresdin and Banjee were all dead thank you for this I finally know everything Hot wheels Acceleracers is a great movie series.
I've been waiting for the next movie since I was 5 years old. Next week I turn 21. It's sad to see a series with so much potential and a die hard fan base never receive the proper treatment or ending. Myself and many other fans like me have been sitting and waiting for so long. I hope one day we'll be able to know what happens after the cliff hanger in The Ultimate Race, as I believe we all deserve to know after all this time. To quote Vert Wheeler, "..I've been waiting 16 years." Although it's upsetting that we've never gotten the answers to all of our questions, I'm glad to see that so many others are keeping it alive.

definitely a possibly. while he most likely does want to protect his son, i think he ALSO doesn't want any competition in winning accelechargers (both reasons are at play)

I think he said that mostly because he saw him Racing in the realms (remember silencerz were going into the realms even before the main characters did, thats how they rescued Banjee), and he didn´t wanted to see his son risking his life in the realms, or fight against him in the future.

I always love going back to this series, as well as the old videos about it. In fact, i just got into playing the CCG on Tabletop Sim. One thing to note, the Silencerz are the ones who won the Cliffside realm, as we can see an accelecharger when the drones take the runner from Major Wheeler in 4.0 that matches the color of the Cliffside symbol in the MiniSodes

I never watched Force 5 as it seemed stupid to me.
I use to have so many acceleracers, I had like 5 of the Silencerz but I threw them out. Been looking online for places to buy acceleracers as I am getting back into hotwheels. Found some old hotwheels I use to own when I was a kid to.

you know that could be very true because now that i think about it, i am starting to see it. but the question i want to know is HOW the drivers from the world race were able to get out of their situation in the realms Alive? but over all not a bad theory just wished that they continued the series even with today's standers of animation i think they could do that again.

My biggest question right now is WHY would they join The Silencerz? I mean it could be because Banjee, Alec and Dan were said to have gotten trapped inside of the realms so it's very possible The Silencerz rescued them and recruited them by brainwashing them.
ive had the same question. i always thought that the silencerz would only rescue them under one condition - that they agree to work for them. seeing as how they had no other option (but to stay stuck and most likely die in the realm) they would obviously say yes in every case
Maybe they weren't stuck in the realms, the silencerz must have secretly been in the realms, without anybody knowing.
Kadeem also put racing before his village. In Highway 35, he did it just to help it. He even said to Vert that this has priority. So I guess the other drivers think so, too. They do not care about which human team is winning, as long as the drones do not
I was so upset when banji was gone so long then mentioned at the very end, only for it to be in passing conversation then never again. I always wanted him to come back

Always kind of knew it was the lost drivers, and i'd never seen all these similarities before, but it just seems like it would've been the Hot Wheels thing to do, I mean this was a kids show after all, there can't be character death
i still think it is very possible that the other drivers died. new theories coming up 👀
Kadeem didn't technically die, he was transformed, and Tone wasn't really killed off as a proper character, the only reason he existed in the first place was to create discord between Tork and Nolo
but what makes you say there can't be character death? porkchop talks about his dad dying and almost drowns in the water realm, markie gets his arm amputated, taro has a dream about almost being killed by gelorum...i don't think being a "kids" show made the writers hold back in terms of mature themes

If this is important information then when toro gets hit by the slincers we see the drone first then the sound of the car switching form to Kurt’s car so it would just be Alec wood getting revenge because when toro spin out we only saw Kurt’s car and not the drone

Sorry for the long comment but I've honestly been a fan of these movies for so long now and I've never found a good place or channel to go to, too actually talk accelleracers. I'm legitimately over joyed that this channel exist and hope to keep getting more and more content just talking about this fantastic show I'm hoping more people love and hope that you and this channel keep growing and keep producing more and more content. and hell who knows maybe someday someone at mattel might see this and see that people are still in love with accelleracers after all this time and finally release some news about how things ended. The silencerz with the circular helmet is 100% it has to be banjee. The rest of silencerz cars are unknown. But 2 cars are know are dr. tesla drives nitrium and major wheeler drives iridium.
The Silencerz most likely share their cars, since they are built by the team after all (unlike Acceledrome drivers who brought their own cars to race)
When theories make this level of sense, I don't think they're theories anymore lol. Pretty darn impressed of the similarities and pieces that were put together to discuss these clues.

I watched the world race on VHS almost 20 years ago at this point... and I'm just now coming to the shower thought that Vert's invitation to the world race may have been intended for his father.
Noloaf for the part where Banjee and Dan look downwards shouldn’t Alec be there to looking downwards since he should be the most guiltiest of the Silencerz more so then Banjee and Dan since he’s Vert Friend and Rival.
while that would make sense, the driver that took the wheel of power from the world race is actually dresden. and he's the same silencer on the right of vert's dad during the reveal (you can even see that car accelium, the one he took into the drones' HQ

Actually I think I might know how the Silencerz got Banjee and Alec you know how in World Race after when Vert saw Deora II in his driveway Major Wheeler states that his Squadron called him for a job that actually were the Silencerz since World Race and how Banjee and Alec got picked up by the Silencerz and Major Wheeler in a one year period after the World Race Tesla discovered the Storm and Swamp Realm and contacted Alec and Banjee drive on them and then Alec’s Switchback got Shocked by the Lightning in the Storm realm disabling it entirely and Banjee went to fast on a Corner on the Swamp realm and went flying off the track into the water then Major Wheeler then probably went to Alec’s Destroyed Switchback in the Storm realm and pulled him out of it before the Lightning shocked Switchback again then Major Wheelers Iridium And he put Alec in his car and drove to the end of the realm therefore ending back in the Silencerz HQ underneath Highway 35 then for Banjee Major Wheeler or Alec used the Electronic magnet for pulse in their Silencerz cars to float over the Swamp water like a Hovercraft to float just over the surface of the Swamp water. Does this sound like a strong enough claim for the reason why Alec and Banjee are Silencerz. As for Dan Dresden I don’t know how he became a Silencer since he just randomly disappeared in the Fog Realm while directing the Teku and the Metal Maniacs with his eye in the sky spy equipment.
I think Dan Dresden must've known about Kurt since they were on the same team in World Race. He also must have a good memory to remember each driver's car, like a maze back in the glaciers of Highway 35.

There's one flaw. Once completed, realms don't reopen. So the other drivers must have escaped some how.

If you watch the video, noloaf brings a good theory to identify each Silencer driver due to their behaviour/easter egg from the World Race, such as the Silencer disguised as Kurt in the Junk Realm's crash is similar to Dan Dresden's point of view during the final leg of the World Race. Although, it's left as cliffhanger where there should've been a fifth movie to introduce us some important Silencer drivers, including Banjee himself (see 8:16). Each would have a story about their events before becoming a Silencer or more importantly why pair up with the Silencerz.
I take it back, the scenes are all so spot on and they might be getting some humorous payback for ol' times sake. Banjee knocking out Taro for scraping the Balistik, Dan Dresdin classic wreckage..especially the Anthrycite scene...shoot a device in the air...then later gets knocked off the road...Dan keepin' it classy, huh. Lani did say "Banjee Castillo, Dan Dresdin, Alec Wood.." "...went in the realms." Very clever movie producers.. we've got a bigger 5 movie series than we even know.
