What a handsome young pup he is, and so well trained. Schnauzers are the best breed ever, and the smartest! And that goes for all three breeds, the mini schnauzer, the standard schnauzer and the giant schnauzer. I love them all🐾
Its so hard to train a dog lol. My dog is 6 and i got her when she was young so i didnt bother training much. i started to teach come which she does reasonably well and also sit and stay (she sometimes gets confused over this commands and randomly sits and stays even though i didnt say anything).
One thing I know is a treat of any kind is the most important to a Shnauzer. THEY WILL fool u to go outside just to get that treat coming back in 2 seconds later..
Our 10 month old Rupert is SO strong willed and listens half the time. I want all your tips, lol. He sees a bunny or squirrel and there is no coming back, so he stays in his leash. 😏 We’re working on him though.

That’s similar to my shi zhu taking off when a bicyclist rides by. Doggie doesn’t come back. I have to do a mile run in seconds. Keeps me youthful.
