HEY! You guys have got to check out the F11 4K PRO! It is very similar but the image stabilization is immaculate and camera control is much smoother!

I'm glad you guys haven't totally abandoned quadcopter reviews. They do bring a lot of people to RC, so there is a definite upside. :) The gimbal really smoothed out the footage! For the money, the performance of this one is quite impressive. Not without its minor faults, but for the money...finally a winner!

So glad to hear that. I just ordered the Beast Pro 2 with the 3-axis gimbal and 2 batteries for $161 delivered. I have 8 or 9 FPV quads and this is my 2nd with GPS.

Remember the WLtoys Q696 with a gimbal? That was around $160 (one battery). Great huge drone, but designs have gotten better. Don’t hesitate to trust the RC Saylors.

I have a daughters wedding to pay for in February ( welcome to the club nate ) but after that i will be investing in my first post beginner.. @@R0SSFINDLAY Its really good, I only flew it 2 times then got hooked on FPV quads. But its great drone for the price. If you can afford it, id suggest the FIMI X8 2020. I purchased one of those and wow, that’s an awesome drone for taking video or pics. But this one isn’t bad either, so you won’t go wrong with this one, the fimi has a much better quality picture and more flight options(bigger price too). You should be happy with either one. Good luck and have fun.

Just wanted to say I've been in the RC hobby for long time, basically monster trucks and recently got into drones. I'm eventually going to get a mavic mini but I've been looking for a cheaper half decent drone to purchase. I love your reviews and I love the fact that you don't sugarcoat products that aren't up to par. I follow many different UA-cam channels but I can honestly say that the RC Saylor's is definitely one of my favorite. I always look forward to your new videos so keep up the good work!!
same for me, i wanted to get my first drone but didnt want to just waste 150 bucks on a cheap drone that would break and not fly right out of the box like the first RC i purchased did lol, was going to get a mavic but wowsahhhh are they just beyond pricey so this drone he just reviewed seems perfect for me

Hello thercsaylors I've had you as a subscriber for about 25 years now, back when you were in your home. I'm 65 now was in my late 20's then. To work to support my wife and on child, but not long down the road want from 3 to 6 people. I had 3 kids she had 1, and when it came time to make a decision I chose to keep my three children. So watching your videos about flying drones keep me going. I was never ever able to buy one but it was so much fun to imagine. Now I'm able to afford one now. Okay I've been disappointed over the years, bou low and behold here you are showing this model with the bull decal on the nose. So per your recommendation I am finally going to get this model. About my children my wife toke my 3 children and raised them as if they were hers all 3 of my daughters are grow and have their own homes. My 3 sons also are doing well but one is still out there trying to find himself. I'm glad you both are doing great. Thank you.

I just wanted to thank you for all the excellent information you are providing to those of us in this hobby. I have flown RC planes for 25+ years but for one reason and another I have been away from the hobby for 15 years. I found your channel and subscribed about 6 or 7 months ago and got all the information I needed to get started back flying again. Things are a lot different than they were 15 years ago. I have purchased 5 planes, one helicopter and one drone because of your reviews. I plan on buying the SG906 Pro 2 after watching your video. I already have the original SG906 but the Pro 2 has many improvements. I also have 2 planes (Eflight UMX PT17 & Eflight PT-17 1.1m) that you have not reviewed that I can find and I would hope that you would consider reviewing them in the future. Thanks for all your effort and great work.

I'm the minority but I don't like camera drones. Simply because anyone with the cash can do it. Toy drones without altitude hold, acro, and racing drones present a challenge and require skill. So those planes and helis are far more fun for me. No hate for video drones. Just not my thing

Glad to see you guys cover a good drone! I bought a phantom vision 2 many years ago. It served a good long life but is no longer usable. I'm no longer in a position to spend so much on what ultimately is a toy. This is a definite candidate for me, and I wouldn't have known about it if it wasn't for this channel.

I picked up the three battery, hard case kit version of this drone based upon your review. Thank-you!!! It is a very nice bit of kit. The only thing that I ABSOLUTELY hate about this kit is the way the batteries are recharged... Micro SD??? Come on its 2020-2021. At least put USB type C with some kind of quick charge protocol. The batteries take FOR EVER to charge. Maybe I am just spoiled by my Spektrum Smart charger and the fact that I can charge batteries at a minimum 1C charge rate if not more. These batteries seem to charge at like point two five C if even that. So if you decide to get this kit keep that in mind.

great to see you guys doing drones again and looks like you picked a real winner with this drone. i just bought it on banggood with one battery and foam box for 163 dollars US. that includes shipping and shipping insurance which they just add on whether you like it or not. it included a 20 dollar coupon that helped knock the price down. i have ordered 5 drones from banggood with no issues in 2 years so i trust them.

For under $200 that is a very impressive drone. I would love to see more drone videos for drones under $500 for sure. I have considered the DJI, but want your recommendations for sure. Just so you know, the SD/HD switch in the app only affects the video quality being streamed to the app. The drone camera itself isn’t affected by this setting. I owned the previous model for a year. Used it to learn to fly, and have now sold it on. Very good drone. Nice review. Thanks!

I'm not big on drones but this seems pretty dang cool I have the cheapO DS3 with 5 3 quarter inch props Surprisingly it flies pretty well and it has a camera built in If I decide to get a better quality drone I will definitely keep this in mind Thanks for the review guys and great job as always 🔥👍✌️

I fly FPV "drones" mostly, but have been looking at getting a camera drone as well. So I like these videos.
Looks an awful lot like the Holy Stone HS470 -- a drone which I got my grubby little mitts on 10-27-20.
I already managed to bust the gimbal on mine by forgetting to remove the gimbal clamp prior to a flight that I made on 11-15-20, but aside from that (I still have limited movement in the Y-axis and stabilisation in the X-axis appears to be totally unaffected so the gimbal is only *PARTIALLY* broken) I find it to be a sturdy and very capable little drone. And yes, I love the carrying case that it comes with. Everything -- and I do mean *EVERYTHING!!* -- that the package comes with fits into the case; either in form-fitting cutouts or in pockets in the case.
Needless to say, I love the living tweedle out of this drone and fly it daily -- weather permitting of course. :-)

Drones are what got me to the channel... not much space/time for planes where I'm at.
this is how to have no ads for free. Press and hold the bar that shows how long the video is and push it all the way to the end and rewind to the beginning and there will be no ads
So, we pay some of our bills with those ads, and they help to feed our family. Are you really that heartless that you are taking food away from a two year old?! If you aren't okay with the ads, don't watch UA-cam. We make these videos for FREE... The least you can do is watch an occasional ad...

Yeah, it seems to be an ever-escalating point of tension. UA-cam keeps cramming in more and more ads (and ad breaks) all the time. I’ve seen the multi-ad breaks separated by as little as 30 seconds of actual video. So, I can relate to the frustration others feel over how disruptive the ads on UA-cam are getting; really kills the rhythm and thought flow.
I know of other channels that have intentionally either forbidden mid-roll ads (they’re willing to take the financial and algorithmic hit) or customize their video with transitions in/out of hand-placed ad breaks (so it has more of the smoothness of TV instead of the jarring effect of sudden, awkward, uncoordinated hard cuts). I’m not saying Nate and Abby need to follow suit; I’m just saying that, as a viewer, I appreciate these clever ideas and the polished, professional aire they add to the videos on their respective channels, and hope they are an inspiration to others.

I love this drone. Perfect conditions for it yesterday, no wind and clear sky’s, pushed it out to 1000m and still had fpv to my phone, really quite impressive for a budget quad.

I just spent $200 on a Holy Stone 175D , and yes it's good... but the Sg906 is the clear winner for me. I'll be getting one soon.
That's an awesome deal for a video drone!! I guess that "Circle" mod is actually doing a panoramic video. It's a really good video drone, especially with that gimble! And the price is really good, even with the conversion to Canadian dollars, it's only $235 CDN. That's under half the cost of a DJI Mini 2 here. And it's about 70% of the functionality of the Mini 2, for less than half the cost of Mini 2, which is $569.99 CDN for just the drone, not the Fly More package, on Amazon Canada. The only big thing that the Mini 2 has in Canada over this drone is that the Mini 2 is under 250 g, and thus you don't need to register it ($5 CDN), or get your RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft System) License.
You made a lot of good points. I live and fly drones in Toronto. I have a RPAS Basic License. I own a Mavic mini and many toy/hobby grade gps drones ( mostly Hubsan mjx Eachine). And a few dozen toy quadcopters. If you can afford it get the mini 2. Especially if you are into photography. DJI quality and functionality is unsurpassed in the consumer drone market. If you are on a budget and just want to fly something around for fun then the zlrc sg906 Pro 2 looks like a good choice.
Under 250g and what it really means in Canada. For me flying under 250g is so much more enjoyable. No registration and all you are required to do is fly safely using common sense. ie. fly in a way where you don’t endanger people or interfere with aircraft or risk damaging property. Over 250g: The $5 registration fee is immaterial. The real hassle is studying for the exam. I scored 94% (33 out of 35). The exam is easy but it covers an extreme range of topics. You need to study to pass. I studied for 10 hours and probably knew 20 times more than was on the test. In the end flying over 250g is not as enjoyable. The VLOS rules keep you from (legally) going too far. The other restrictions ie. flying too close/over people, cars, animals, buildings and airports and public events are not a big deal since I agree with them.
It does say in the circle menu "Note, the aircraft will fly around the center of its current position", I don't think that's the "circle me" funktion.
I can see why you like that drone.Nice stable video,and the most important thing in my opinion knowing to head back when it begins to have a low battery. Seen some other drones fly at Markham Park Airfield.The owners would see their drones just simply get lost and loose their higher price GPS drones.

I got a DJI Mavic 2 Pro and its worth every bit of the money. If anyone is reading this I highly recommend investing some time into learning Airspace for your Part 107 license so you can fly your drones safely with the FAA.

I just recently have gotten into the hobby and I've been doing research on which gps camera drone would be the best price on a drone on a reliable drone with a good camera and with long range and this was the one that I chose. The prices on quality drone have dropped a good bit since the last two years for sure.

Drones have become a very popular hobby ....... if there is nobody out there calling out the garbage and junk drones , then lots more folks get ripped off....you guys provide a great service .... please don't get discouraged with the junk drones , eventually the market will sort itself . Unfortunately not everyone can afford a DJI so the quest for quality lower costing drones isn't about to end .

I have the 906 pro 2 axis gimble brilliant drone for the price ...you can go into the faster speed while you in GPS mode ...just hit the button it'll beep twice then you know is in sports mode ..

WOW! I have not been in the market for a drone since I purchased a Mavic Air 2 last year. This drone here is amazing. And like you said, this is cheap enough to fly every day to practice and keep the expensive drone at home unless I need a pro-job. Keep up the good work guys Oh, and btw, cute Christmas card.
