Hey there!! Mainly it was 1. Me being consistent on a proper coaching program that was tailored to me, 2. They just know a lot about jump training - they introduced me to powercleans which I use in my programs now which help a lot, 3. Consistent sprint training (when I didn’t get shin splints). I loved their training. Personally I would have liked a bit more plyos tho because I find them a lot of fun. So now I use what I learnt before being with them, stuff I learnt while I was with them, and stuff I’ve learnt after all in my coaching
This is great inspiration and reality check for many, it takes roughly 4 years to get 6 inches of vertical so patience is key to consistent training.
