- Опубліковано 21 вер 2024
- Pixar has been making kids happy (and making adults cry) for 25 years. That's a lot of time to put Easter Eggs and references into their movies. And it took us weeks to compile this comprehensive list of Every Pixar Easter Egg, from Toy Story to Onward.
We've updated this from a previous video, to include newer Pixar movies.

What's your favorite Pixar movie?
here at once and you will not choose)
Buddy Can You please make one for Jumanji Second Level
Tricky question.. I'll have to go with Ratatouille!
Toy Story
Cars all day everyday
3:37 also sully can be seen holding a pixar ball AND a jessie toy
Anna Baik and nemo
Derek Berget but he said nemo in the vid
Sure is
Anna Baik yes
And in up the little girl had Lozano from toy s
In monsters inc, Randal is getting ready to scare, and he has many wallpapers to blend in with and one of them is Andy from toy story’s wall paper (blue sky with clouds)
right next to the one where it shows daddy stick figure behind mommy stick figure
11:27 “Carl and Ellie’s house from up” but like bruh isn’t that Carl literally right under the memory of the house?
Yes yes he is
Yea!
Just a thought, but the ball on the left is Carl and Elle getting married!
Well it could be him but it could also be the one short lady from the movie Bolt
Yep. And it's green. For disgust...
It’s amazing how much thought they put into all these Easter eggs in each movie
the death star and the poké balls i'm dead😂
Yeah those were not poke balls and probably not the death star
@@lutzdoit5198 yeah
Yes this is so weird how is the a Seth star and poke balls
funny
You mean the dead star and Pokémon’s balls?
Missed the Bugs Life reference when Buzz is cutting through the leaves just prior to the traffic cone scene, Heimlich is on the branch on the top right
8:46 She be playing with the buzz airplane
You missed the clock in Gusteau’s office, a clear reference to Beauty and the Beast, along with the lamp on top of it, a reference to Aladdin.
You missed a big one. When the toys in toy story 2 jump out the window to go the store. You can see buzz smashing leafs. With that there are bugs life characters very tiny that go flying off the leaf.
Toy story:
In the fist scenes, we can see a library, wich has some books named after the first pixar shorts (sigh as Knick Knack, Tin Toy, Luxo jr. and more)
rfc x can gc vv gFderrafui
19:17 Is that Andy!!??
It does look like him. 🤔
Nah, they wouldn't do Andy like that..
Joel Benitez But it sort of looks like him, even if it isn’t him
I said that too he so looks like him
There's also a star command logo and wings on the very right in that same frame, referencing buzz lightyear
17:26 the Dinoco Sign has a dinosaur referencing the good dinosaur
Pfeiffer Koleosho-Johnson no it’s not, Tog story came out WAY before the good dinosaur. That’s merely a coincidence.
TheOdd1sOutFan no it's from toy story 3 which was released after the good dinosaur
@@bellecwy no it first appeared in Toy Story which was in 1995. Toy Story 3 came out in 2010. The Good Dinosaur came out in 2015.
First time seeing these you don’t look out for Easter eggs but second time you notice tons
The only one you forgot was that the car at 4:04 is Luigi from cars
Yeah I see it
in finding nemo
And 19:17 iT's aNdY
no one:
pixar: pIzzA plANeT trUCk
Spongebob Squarepants what movie is the pizza planet truck from?
@Chiken toy story 1
You missed one.
19:53 - Right side of Barley's jacket (opp to Hydra) says either 'Shades' or 'Hades' (Hercules villain).
And the Greek god of the under world
Love Stranger Things that’s hades
@@palmerheard8188 yup
Adam Kehoe I notice that one too in the movie I spotted the first time I say his jacket
Hades is also the Greek's Mythological "god" of the underworld, so not necessarily a Hercules reference...
3:56
P. Sherman of 42 Wallaby LANE
My heart: *shattering piece by piece*
But it’s P. Sherman 42 Wallaby WAY, Sydney
13:00 to get these 3 (not including the time travel thought) you have to be so observant
Please explain
M Kid you j have to look so hard
3:37-3:38 the message that flashed on screen was, “Watch Screen Crush”
I am so surprised by how they added up coming movies into the old ones!!! Also great job on finding all of these, I only noticed the pizza planet truck in most of them.
You forgot the shining easter egg in toy story 4 when the "midnight, the stars and you" song plays
Another Shining Easter egg is that Sid's house has the same carpet as the hotel in the Shining
And another shining reference is in Coco where there’s a barrel with the label ‘red rum’
Missed one: in the first Toy Story a book can be spotted that says “Tin Toy” and that’s a reference to a Pixar short of the same name where a bunch of toys are sentient.
And in you story 4 when bo peep goes into the pinball machine and says "tinny" BOOM reference to "tin toy"
I didn't notice toy story 1 too
Love the Pizza Planet truck and even built a scale replica last year.
18:13 the owner of the antique store has shocking resembles to the grandma in ratatouille.
um... No
👆no u👆
In one scene from Onward, in the Prawn Shop, there are three Easter eggs hidden on the walls: the Genie's lamp from Aladdin, King Triton's trident from The Little Mermaid, and Riley's hockey stick from Inside Out. Also: apparently Tripledent Gum is a reference to/knockoff of Trident Gum, in case you didn't know.
Are we just pretending the Planes movies don’t exist?
Pixar had nothing to do with the Planes films. Those films were exclusively Disney.
Even though Planes is made by Disney, John Lasseter had a lot to do with the movies.
Yes.
Planes is not a pixar produced movie... it's a Disney produced movie
I like how planes is just a plane version of cars
Rusty: "(Shy) (Rusty Smiles) Monsters Inc Is My Favorite Disney Pixar Movie! 🧡🤍!"
In Inside Out there’s a dead rat in the corner of the room. That rat is sadly Remy from Ratatouille 😔
Time stamp please
Andy Tejada oh it’s not in the vid sorry :/
That 1 Kid where could find it though
Also, in toy story 2 buzz hits the characters from Bugs life when cutting through the grass. It also show the scene from the bugs life POV / bloopers at the end of T.S. 2 👍🏼
When I was watching this, I was like, “ HOW DAMN LONG IS THIS VIDEO”
The Pokeball and Death Star Easter Eggs were a major stretch for Cars, I doubt it was intentional. As for Onward, The gauntlet is just a medieval fantasy thing which is why it was in castle restaurant and in a fantasy world, had nothing to do with Thanos. Same for Hydras since they're mythological beasts and would fit well in that world.
So is the dentist in Finding Nemo boo’s father since he had her toys and her drawing in his office?
“1984 was the first year Apple computers hit the market”
Apple 2 from 1977: am I a joke to you
15:24 AND there is an reference to undertale too!
A Random Guy I don’t see it
saaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
A Random Guy only weebs play undertale
And no there wasn’t not every skull is related to sans
🎿
Literally I was watching onward yesterday I can’t believe I didn’t see any of those Easter eggs
19:00 Also in Inside Out, Bing Bong talks about a day with Riley where they flew back in time and had breakfast twice that day!
“Could that be a random cockroach? NO! IT’S HAL!!!!!” Lol
The only Easter egg I didn’t see was the subscribe button.
Just no.
Pretty sure the first Apple computer was sold in 1976. 1984 was the first Macintosh.
4:04 I dont think you mentioned Luigi from Cars
🤔😀
Where??
@@sillyfella9784 on the road
@@sillyfella9784 the yellow car driving away on the left
Some Stones oh i see it
That pizza planet truck is ✨ ICONIC ✨
15:00 That an easter egg in the black bars above the video?
thought my screen was glitching...
@@remiclaeys9136 same considering i am having some issues already with a device I am using haha. Had to rewind to make sure it was the video not my screen messing up in a new way.
You forgot the fact that Charles Muntz, the villain from Up was actually named after Charles Mintz, the man who stole a cartoon character called Oswald the Lucky Rabbit
Where was the Easter egg about Soul In Onward?
Hasn't been found yet
“And it’s not a Pixar movie if there’s not a Pizza Planet Truck.”
The Incredibles: ....
The movie “trolls” is a dreamworks film so why would there be an Easter egg of that??
Also, what about meet “the Robinsons”?
Isn't it "meet the robinsons"?
walt disney
Meet the Robinsons isn’t Pixar
I just watched onward last night. Such a good movie
In inside out there’s a picture of figment, I think I’m Riley’s imagination. Obviously from journey into imagination with figment
In Toy Story 3, you can see that one of the daycare kids is wearing pull-ups (look for the color blue around his waist where underwear would be peaking over his pants). There was a huge tie-in between pull ups and Toy Story.
Down here in the comment section, this is your mom.
Matthew Floyd yes! My mom Matthew
Every PIXAR Easter Egg: From Toy Story to Luca We Need It
Well i guess now the scar could be also some thing to anakin
ICEBEAR PLAYS anakins is on the other side of his face
@@sshhhdonttellmumproduction4089 ok
Fun fact: McQueen's Lightyear tires are a reference not only to Buzz Lightyear, but also the Goodyear tire company. Also, Dinoco is a reference to two different gas station chains, Conoco and Sinclair.
Tom Hanks has the Coronavirus
I know of an A113 reference you missed. In the Incredibles while Helen was looking for clues as to Bob's location, she was able to discover that Bob's cell number was A113.
ok, the “sid” in coco is actually skrillex, that’s the whole joke as he is playing edm/dubstep. dumbest conclusion-call I have ever seen. clearly making up stuff for a filler.
he's wearing the exact same shirt, and is the right age.
In the beggining of Frozen 2, Elsa and Anna are playing with a snow Baymax. Also in Inside out, when Bing Bong gives Joy the bag, he takes out the boot from Wall-E
17:39 he some how missed buzz? Also, the star ball thingy showed up multiple times in monsters inc.
Declan McClure are you being sarcastic
He can't miss it because... Oh geeze!!!
Are you trying to say Buzz Lightyear's appearance in Toy Story 4 is an Easter egg??? 😳
That guy has been driving the pizza plant truck for 65 million years dam that’s dedication to a part time job.
wow...bravo...epic easter egg hunt!!!
THIS is the kinda easter egg video i like, i’ve seen the luxo balls and the pizza planet trucks and they’re all cool, but he’s got every single reference to some outside influence in the movies, really amazing research.
When Riley was running around when she was small you can briefly see a framed photo of the granny from Ratatouille
Wall-E plays the Macintosh chime while booting up and uses an iPod Classic to watch his favorite movie.
I was blown away by what you caught. The foreshadowing to the next movie, and many surprises I did not see coming. However, where was your mom? I missed that reference.
Apple computers hit the market well before 1984 however the first Macintosh launched in 1984 which is what that car was referencing
This just confirms that all Pixar movies are connected. We don’t even need stories of how all of the movies are connected. I actually didn’t believe the Pixar theory for a while until I did more research.
How did you knew all these?!? my ghadd ur a real movie nerd!! But thank you for all of these!
2:05 as well as the other bugs life Easter eggs there’s another One in toy story 2 where at the end it shows you animation bloopers and there’s a whole scene about them
the transition to the next movies are too smooth
It is crazy how you found all of those easter eggs in pixar movies!
When older Andy sat down in his room behind him was the biggo robot from the incredibles
Ironically, Pixar has around the same number of movies the MCU has recently up till now. XD
I never caught the haunted mansion reference before. And I love Knick knack so I’m surprised I missed that
At 18:10 the coco guitar is also there. Also no one realizes but in coco you can see alebrehes like Pepi and his dog
I feel like, for some of these, I made a mental connection in my head as a kid, like Nemo being in Monsters Inc., but I thought it was just a coincidence
They should make a inter dimensional/time travel movie or show where there quest explains behind the scenes how they altered time in small ways which in the describes how they ended up in those scenes in the first place while at the same time giving nostalgia to the older audience
Unmentioned easter eggs: Buzz's batterys in toy story 3 are buy'n'large brand, and for a few frames a toy Mickey mouse can be seen in wall-Es "house".
... never in 100 000 000 000 000 years I would even find most of them! Sharp eyes.
The 2 toddler twins in Coco named Benny and Manny both wear lightning McQueen shoes
0:15 This man just said that it takes "hundreds of hours to render a single *frame* "
Even if it only took 100 hours per frame that would mean a single movie running at 60 fps with a standard 1:30 runtime that would mean over 32 million hours of waiting...
That's well over 3000 years
can we appreiciete how much effort was put into this
Heimlich crawling when Buzz cuts through the bushes
13:39 he said something about the cal arts classroom but also the license plate includes A113
This whole video had me with a giant smile thinking about my childhood
you can see HADES from the Hercules on the top right corner of Barley's shirt at 19:53
I didn't even realize until very recently about a lot of the Star Wars references (with the exception of Zurg telling Buzz he's his father, which I think is rather obvious): his breathing, the robot, certainly the battery and Buzz's pose in the box is news to me that I'm just learning as I'm watching this; though I did have those boxes when I was a young boy so I noticed that part. I figured out at some point that Zurg falling down the elevator shaft was a nod to the movies. :)
I didn't realize about Rex and Jurassic Park either until recently either. :)
Now that I think of it Zurg himself is probably a reference 2 the movies as well. Is he modeled after Luke's dad? :)
Damn not all hero’s wear capes. I appreciate you for this one!!!!
"Can that be a random cockroach...No its Hal!"😂😂
Boo from Monsters Inc is in Toy Story 4 twice. She’s playing that fun fair game and is in the classroom.
References to early Star Wars films are not so much references to the franchise or pop culture. Pixar founders originally were special effects team at Lucasfilm and working on Star Wars, long before they could convince anyone in fully animated films, so referencing original Star Wars for Pixar is really an homage to Pixar history.
I’m the cars 3 coco reference when you showed the picture, I instantly said Coco, literally my favorite movie ever
I just watched onward yesterday for the first time and loved it
SCREEN CRUSH! You missed three wall-e Easter eggs. 1:Toy Story when Woody and Buzz when buzz fly towards the van to get to Andy and if u keep pausing and unpausing there is a garage in the background and beside the garage he pokes his head up. 2:The Incredibles in his garage at the part where Mr.Incredible and Elastic Girl are talking in front of the garage in the back u can see wall-e on a shelf unboxed. 3:Cars the part where Lighting McQueen goes down a parking lot by the race track looking for his truck and trailer u can see wall-e in the back to across the parking lot
Wow. A like for me, this must have taken multiple rewatches and a keen eye to catch all of these Easter Eggs. Bravo to you 👏👏👏
Im glad I am not the only one who also noticed that to mind blown
Scrolled down to read comments. Turns out there's not a lot of comments here yet.
@ScreenCrush
You missed on 19:55 on barley jacked it say hades on it on the top right
You REEEEEEACHING on the one about the windows in cars
Andy also had a Luxo lamp in his room back in the first Toy story
