This sounds very much like a Samsung supported plug, Google fold alone should edge out Samsung based on bloatware. Google provides the best Android experience with core apps that are not duplicated. Z 1 and Z2 allowed you to disable Bixby apps, now that's not even an option. So yeah Samsung has to develop a better battery because it's running duplicate everything in the background.
I have the Google pixel fold. This is my first foldable phone coming from the Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra. I have had the Samsung flag ship s series phones for a decade until now. After owning this pixel fold for just over 4 months, I will say that I don't think I will ever go back to a non foldable phone if I can help it. The format is what cell phones should have been from the beginning. Although my Google pixel fold is definitely lacking in some aspects, such as camera abilities for starters, the passport style shape makes up for it. I love that it is not tall and narrow. As a 6'2" guy with large hands, the s22 ultra was unnecessarily large making it hard to manage with one hand. The Google pixel fold is perfectly sized for single handed use. Again, it is lacking in some areas, but as an average user who doesn't game much and really only use my phone for entertainment, school, and word processing, it is enough. The AI is also an awesome feature that helps when I'm doing research, writing papers, or using my phone hands free, with voice control. My only complaint is that the crease is highly noticeable and I am awaiting the day that I get the dreaded display crease problems, but so far so good. Ok I lied, I have 2 complaints, second being the touch screen can be problematic from time to time when encased. I am happy that I got this phone instead of the others mainly for the shape. If the Google pixel 9 fold was shaped like this one, I would have waited for it, but size and shape was priority for me since every other feature is not different enough to complain about. I do love that Everytime someone sees my phone they ask about it, since it is a different looking phone for all the right reasons. Thank you Google, goodbye Samsung!...for now.
Why not the fold 6..but I understand you I was with the note 10 plus 5g then had a pixel pro 7...great camera but the build....went back to samsung with now the fold 6...you mentioned one hand use you can do that with that phone too. I love the form factor of the first pixel fold how is it holding up still for you
Hey, thanks for sharing your experience with the Pixel Fold! It sounds like you’ve really found your ideal phone format with that passport-style design - especially coming from the S22 Ultra, which can be a bit unwieldy, especially for one-handed use. The Google AI features sound super handy too, especially for research and hands-free tasks. I totally get your concerns about the crease and the occasional touch issues with the case on - seems like it’s a common thing for foldables, but hopefully it holds up well! It’s cool to hear that people are intrigued by the unique look of the Pixel Fold too. You’ve definitely got me thinking about the appeal of a foldable!

Soon as Donald Trump gets back in office, you won't be able to buy these two phones in America because Donald Trump is going to make it impossible for these phone companies to sell their phones in America anymore, the Huawei Mate 2- Honor V3.
Huawei is nothing but garbage.... sales have tanked in China, so so software, a price tag of over $2800.00, a screen that is so fragile that people have not gotten past the setup screen and has crapped out in a few hours (there are plenty of videos out with that complain) with a $1400 price tag to replace it and a battery capacity that won't last long on 3 screens.... 🤔🤣🤣🤣I'll stick to my V2 and wait till the V4 comes out before updating... BTW the V3 is the skinniest of all these phones, (not) Samsung🙄😏
Well, let's just go back to memory lane for a bit. Samsung couldn't compete with apple when it came to the iPhone vs Galaxy series so they came up with the note series which people made fun of saying that it was too big and now people including apple die hards have phones bigger than the original notes. But since apple made an XL version, the note series wasn't holding up anymore so Samsung had to innovate again and landed on the fold. And again people made fun of it saying that it wasn't practical or whatever. But Samsung found a niche that apple didn't try to rip off and so Samsung kept improving it. And since no one was a threat on the folding section, Samsung got cought slacking off with small incremental upgrades, now that china has come into play with the products they are showing, I wonder what will Samsung do next? Are they going to continue on the fold direction and try to reclaim the honor of best phone with it's foldable? or slowly transition to something new that we haven't seen before?

major storm around the world as the "innovative" trifold's screen breaks minutes after being taken out of the box. Raving reviews 🤣😅😂😂😂
Wait till the soft folding screens peel off with long term use. They're also easy to scratch and damage unlike gorilla glass.
