    Maybe you can use the space behind the hotel sign for common spaces like a gym or a conference room! A lot of hotels near trains stations or airports have this type of services!

      Using the space behind the hotel sign for common areas makes a lot of sense, I appreciate the idea and will consider it!

    I would put a roof garden, swimming pool and bar on the top of the hotel

      A rooftop garden, swimming pool, and bar would be fantastic. However, I’m not sure how popular those amenities would be right next to the train tracks.

      @@BrickWorldInternationalwe have that in the netherlands. I can tell you it feels so much better to relax while watching people run to work😅

    Just remember to add the restaurant to the hotel. Maybe have the restaurant behind the hotel sign so the view from the rooms aren't blocked or have the sign on the roof?

    You could possibly put the sign on the roof near the top left corner to give it an asymmetrical design

    Mechanical/ bathrrooms can be behind the sign, perhaps? Especially bathooms/changing rooms for a hotel pool/spa area next to it? It looks great!

      Great idea! Placing the mechanical and bathrooms behind the sign, especially for a hotel pool/spa area, sounds like a fantastic plan.

    Love the hotel design!! I think, for the upper floors, going 1 more floor up, then introducting a stepped design for the final 1-2 floors would look great. As your design has a 60s-70s budget/brutalist design language, using a stepped design i thing would help with the visual coherency of the area. what i mean by this is, for the final 1-2 floors, have them span from the right hand side of the structure (carpark side) and have them finish above the sign. this would also then enable you to include the ideas mentioned by people bellow, such as a rooftop pool and garden, as it gives easy roof access to those staying in the hotel!

      Thank you for the fantastic feedback! Adding one more floor and introducing a stepped design for the final levels sounds like a great idea. I’ll definitely consider these ideas!

    The sign should definitely be on the roof at some point. It could be a cool project if you put a bunch of detail into the rigging holding up the sign.

      That’s a great suggestion! I love the idea of adding detailed rigging to hold it up-it could make for a fun project. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

    Hello there, great work, everything looks wonderful! Maybe, what if you used trans clear 1x2 and 1x1 plates, to spell hotel name. Like a glass block window. When you turn lights on inside hotel it will light up. Maybe use clear as base and trans black for the letters.

    Looks epic have you considered balconies overlooking the rail etc?

    • @BrickWorldInternational
      @BrickWorldInternational  28 днів тому

      Thanks for the suggestion! I think balconies might be too dangerous at that spot, plus it would be quite noisy with the train traffic. But I appreciate your creativity!

      @@BrickWorldInternational Cool! I own the set myself and will be integrating it with my LEGO countryside, alongside some Jurassic World dinosaurs. Yeah, the stories of Heffalumps and Woozles have to come from somewhere.

    You should buy some of those questionable third-party Minifig bodies to create scenes in the hotel. :) You know what I'm talking about. Wink Wink.
