I did the same challenge years ago when a Thai friend made his restaurant’s hottest Thai dish. I thought I was going to die!!!! I was on fire. Fortunately, we had milk on hand and it does go a long way towards lessening the burn. Great video.

Ooh, I like that shoyu ramen from Yaguratei. I'm not a tonkotsu fan so that clear shoyu broth looked amazing. It was so difficult to watch the end of this video.
