Shatter is INSANE. Like… Siyeon ON THE FLOOR. Gahyeon chose ultimate violence in a way I’ve never seen. Sua body rolls. Jiu crouching down and and lifting Yoohyeon by the chin. The way Dongie opens the song. Dami’s ultimate swagger. Yoohyeon looking like a badass but also an angel. EVERYONE’S VOCALS.
Agreed. I didn't initially like the somewhat weird song structure and the repetitive chorus, but the sound is so damn good that I ended up loving it anyway.
This is why experimental songs shouldn't be judged based on how you liked it on first listen. Letting yourself get accustomed to new sounds and taking time to process the song doesn't equate to forcing yourself to like a bad song. There are songs that you can immediately tell on first listen that are bad, but not all songs you don't like are bad songs. Being open-minded really is the key to enjoying these typa songs.
