- I’m designing a living room using only products from Ikea. I'm letting you in my design process of how I plan a space and how I design it start to finish. You can make a space feel well-designed and cozy only by shopping at Ikea, and today I'll show you exactly how!

I like that it mixes boxiness with softer, rounded shapes and neutral tones. I’ve got my sofa yesterday and I am so confused what to match with it, if you ever plan to do your subscriber’s apartment challenge, I think my space could work with your taste!

I would be super interested in it as we are currently renovating, and even though I have a designer’s plan, I feel it lacks some energy and is kind of too minimal, but I am too bad in identifying what exactly we are missing there.
It's a fun game to play! I will try this.❤ I own the Forsa lamp.😊

I LOVE the green sofa, but I hate beige. BUT I say the plaid pillow at IKEA and there was such a warmth to the color I couldn't resist> Great living room.

Nicely done Mon. You and I have similar tastes. One question I have about Jattebo sofa is how does the low back feel? I have never sat on a sofa like that - love that shade of green.
@@Caitness1 I have tried the Jattebo sofa once at Ikea, and it felt comfortable, but I'm not sure how it would feel for everyday use 💕
@@HomeByMon thanks. I do that too at IKEA. Jattebo has box springs, which would be very comfortable. I tried the KIVIK with the wide armrests and I pretty impressed with it. Not a fancy one, but has box springs and plenty of room to lounge around on, while watching TV.
You did such a great job! May I ask what software you used in the end to execute the final room to make it so professional looking?

Not a criticism, but a legitimate question. May I ask why you choose to use the US IKEA website for these video’s while not being based there?The use of those silly (freedom 🤣units) measurements jumbles my metric senses somewhat.
Or are you only aiming your video’s at an US audience for some reason?
@@mascha28swinkels hey, yes, I was honestly thinking so many times what Ikea website should I use for my videos, since I don't really have Ikea in my country anyways. However, the US Ikea is the only website in English, apart from the UK Ikea, but it's easier for me to convert $ instead of £ so that's why I went with the US Ikea (their measurements also drive me crazy 🤣)
@@HomeByMon If it helps, on some IKEA websites like the one in NL you can choose To change the language by clicking on the menu and scroll to the bottom and choose the English button to get the whole site in English. Sizes will be in metric 📏📐 and prices in Euro 💶 .
Probably also works for multiple other countries. By the way I like your video’s and Mars 😍
