    Came out like glass! It would be cool to see the the weight of a 5 lbs bag after using the app and seeing how accurate it is. I’m sure it’s spot on tho these machines are high tech and costly for a reason

    where did you get that spray booth from? I've tried to watch most of your videos but its hard finding the time to search through 2 year old+ posts to find a potential "i built or i bought my spray booth"
    What kind of investment did you have to make into powders initially for common colors and whatnot?

      I dont, buy an Electron! Www.powderfinishingequipment.com. is my site. But if you really want a gema, you have to buy from a local distributor

    What gun would you recommend for someone looking to start a side business of powder coating? I see you use the gems but do you think that there are other guns that can provide the same or similar quality? Thanks ahead

    Since you been doing this for so long what seems to be a good shelf life time an environment for storing powder?

      The correct answer is go by the manufacturers recommendations, but I have sprayed powder over 2 years old and had no issues.

    may be stupid question...but how did the Gema come up with a $5 cost if you used 1.7lbs of powder (at an average cost of $20 per lb...wouldn't that be approximately $34 in powder used?

    • @RightNowPowderCoating
      @RightNowPowderCoating  4 роки тому +2

      I get this powder for under 4 per pound, you can go into settings and change the price per pound. When you buy big boxs you save big money per lb

    I call bullshit on this video, wheels looked liked they have been coated before you re-coated them. Never in 15yrs in this game have i seen wheels, steel or alloy look this colour before coating.
