Looks like a great day. That trail has a little of everything. I was out on the weekend and put 300 km on my new defender. We were on an an old decommissioned rail way line turned into an atv trail. Perfect break in ride for the new machine. A good set of tires makes the day easier , also I carry a snatch block which has gotten me out of some nasty predicaments. Happy trails! 🙂
@maraudermitchelli when riding your talon in warm/hot dry dusty conditions do you get much dust in your cab and do you feel much engine/transmission/radiator heat in your cab? Also Do you feel like the talon is worse about dust and heat in the cab compared to all the other sport side x sides you have driven or rode in previously?
JD the worst for heat was the RZR Pro...just horrible on one ride my wife almost passed out. No I'm a Polaris fan...big time. Horse Power makes heat but wow there was heat in the cab. All open cabs get dirt, I've given up on trying to control the dust and mud in the cab...dust doesn't bother but mud does. If it takes me an extra 30 minutes to get the bud out of the cab then I'll live with that. Adding mud flaps, wheel well extensions windshields just add to cost and other issues. For an open station the Talon is pretty quiet, cool and visibility is excellent.
Thanks for the mudshake video! Looks like fun, a lot of teamwork is needed to get through the course.
OMG you're not kidding, and very strong winches. I'm glad you enjoyed the video be safe.
