not that this watch was one of them, but Rolex did make quartz watches during the 70s and 80s, and apparently they were ten times more accurate than the mechanical watches from those years, and likely still more accurate than new mechanical versions...

All you have to see is that a Rolex has a continuous second hand movement. The watch in this video has a quarts movement. So that makes it a fake Rolex.
