      You can buy at a craft supply store in the floral department. The holder usually comes with the foam.

    Ok so that's real roses can I use fake flowers the same way?

      Hello MrsNewtons, absolutely yes you can, however just replace the green foam with grey foam. This has been designed specifically to hold artificial flowers/foliage. It's much firmer. Warm regards Astar

      @chrissi branson hi Chrissi, if you can't get the grey, just use the green and leave it dry. It's not as firm as the green but a good substitute. Another good alternative & something I've started using is chicken mess. I have a video on 'how to use' coming soon. Hope this helps, Astar
