Lol the preparation for the ship is kinda cool though so I guess it makes up for the actual launch. When I watched the end I was disappointed bc I was like 6 and thought the legos would actually fly
Few major mistakes here ... First of all, the fuel tank should be about 3 times bigger. Second, all the people in 1.5 mile would die the moment the ignition occur, the sound is so loud that the blood flow of those around the Shuttle is actually stopping = death. Third, the sound pre launch is actually of the cooling water, the SRBs are not ignited nor pull any smoke till the actual final millisecond before lift off, the smoke actually come from the 3 engines before the lift off. Fourth, on the lift off, all 3 of her back engines work, not only 2 ... Fifth, she is making a Pitch Hover few seconds after her launch, aka rolling on her back while the fuel tank is up, not straight up or flying up normally like you did at the end, otherwise she will either fall down or explode from over pressure. But yeah, overall, very nice tribute, awesome video! :D Thanks!
Maybe your video is coarse and simple, not a Hollywood masterpiece with tons of CGs, I can see your passion and heart on Lego and space shuttle. Nice try and I like it!
@Nugra, Great Work, my son is (11) & about to be (12) in August & he loves everything that looks & is Legos. He can build anything & has a brilliant mind & very intelligent & PLEASE KEEP MAKING THESE VIDEOS with LEGOS & FOR ALL THE CHILDREN & ADULTS who also build Legos & has this as a hobby or past time & for creations & Definitely for fun.💯❤️🔥👊🏾👊🏾🔥❤️💯
This is amazing! However, maybe make the orbiter smaller than the main fuel tank and the side boosters. Born and raised in Florida, and that's the only thing I see out of place. Other than that, it's perfect and gets the point across! Well done!
It only looks that way, in certain shots, because forced perspective; if you look at the shots that are just the nose of the Orbiter, the perspective matches reality reasonably well. For example, 3:04 gives a view of just the nose and the top of the ET, which shows the ET as it should be, slightly past the nose of the Orbiter.
All those people standing at the base of the Launchpad died on liftoff, painless though they were instantly vaporized by all the exhaust flames from the SRB's...
1:34 OK, now I feel really dumb. I used that same window part for a sliding door on one of my houses, but created an insanely over complicated frame to hold it in place and allow it to slide. I didn't think of using the *door* rails to make a sliding door!
Nice work. You put a LOT of time and effort into these videos.
Super editing skill
Agreed

The motors seem to be struggling. Maybe try gearing them down some more or recharging your batteries.

I like the LEGO space shuttle and I like the launch of the space shuttle I like the hole thing
Super!
srry to be a perfectionist but when a space shuttle is launched, it rolls back over where the plane part is upside down.
Love how the orbital bigher than the fuel tank

wow! i am in to space shuttles.

That was pretty cool. Just one question: why was the SRB smoking before ignition? :P only cryogenic liquid engines have that kind of condensation.
Cole Smith also the sound was a steam locomotive
Mobile user people here’s a link to launch time 7:01

All those people standing at the base of the Launchpad died on liftoff, painless though they were instantly vaporized by all the exhaust flames from the SRB's...

who the fuck clicks a dislike button on someone having fun with lego
Flat earthers.
When I am be 6-5 years I always said:LEGO HAS BRICK THAT CAN MAKE SMOKE XDD and I watched that video and MOM LOOK I SAID THAT BRICK I REAL! XDD
The orange fuel Tank is a bit small compared to the real one tho
very nice
Wow I think this is the best Lego builder in the world
Simona Costea its fake
this is so cool!
Why do people not like this stuff he worked so hard on that. I love Lego! don’t you! This is cool or at least ok but you can’t call it “bad”!
Yeah some idiots hate them
Legos are cool though
This is quite impressive except on the real thing the main engines fire first at around t-5 and then the solid rocket boosters at t-1
Smart
And the astronaut are already in before the countdown starts!
1:34 OK, now I feel really dumb. I used that same window part for a sliding door on one of my houses, but created an insanely over complicated frame to hold it in place and allow it to slide. I didn't think of using the *door* rails to make a sliding door!

Clever
This is awesome
