Recipe 🥣
👉🏻Lemon Granita
Supplies: 3 lemons, lemon juice, grinder, sugar, water
1. Wipe the surface clean with baking soda for lemons
2. Grind 1 lemon on a grinder (yellow skin only)
3. Divide two lemons in half and squeeze the lemon juice
4. Boil water and sugar 2:1 in a saucepan and cool
5. Combine ground lemon peel, sugar water and lemon juice in a flat bowl
6. Put it in the freezer for an hour, take it out for an hour, mix it slightly, and freeze it again
7. Freeze it completely (approximately 5 hours) and grind it with a fork
*If there is no grinder, it can be used as a steel plate
*If you want to taste sour, use 2 lemons. If you want less sour, use 1 lemon
