I like running EVA within MS Project for tracking, trend analysis and reports. However I have found most PMOs are just not interested - possibly because they themselves don't understand EVA.

@kaylaquijias123 the equation of EV as per the PMBOK 6th Edition is EV= sum of the planned value of completed work.
