So the mentioned products are indeed tested though not by us. Remember you don’t have to reinvent the wheel in order to save time but you can add a little something on that wheel.
If you want to replace your dehumidifier in a relatively short amount of time buy the Frigidaire. I was sent the 50 Pint unit as a replacement for the 70 pint unit and it only lasted three months. Frigidaire told me I’m SOL
Let’s see how long this comment lasts- follow the dollar people. Don’t buy a big box store dehumidifier without a warranty. You have been warned. If you buy one without a warranty, you’ll be out a dehumidifier after one season, and you’ll be enabling stores to sell you junk that they know lasts for one season and breaks. You may or may not get a hassle when you go to cash in on your warranty. These companies need sued class action for selling junk.

Unfortunately no one has yet make a unit that last longer than a year or two. So just buy one with a warranty
GE warranty isn't really a warranty. It is a partial reimbursement if you purchase another GE product.

promotion video...ugh! Best ones that last have no digitals, just an on off switch. They are hard to find today.
