Yeah Handgun Cata 3 Deathwish gets no leeway when it comes to Leach/Blightstorm Headshot Breakpoint on Handgun, it's basically up to when range starts to drop off, so a few of the Blights in this have just been past effective range

Core how do you justify the changes to Merc? Enhanced Training needs 1 hit to activate? And so Blade Barrior is also activated with 1 hit? Sounds like must picks, incredably selfish must picks. Merc is a fantastic character on Live, his only weakness is boss damage, but these changes seem so unecessary

I personally like the changes, Merc needed more damage with his lore accurate weapons, and judging from the video, it doesn't look that op

They are playing on modded realm with a weapon rebalance mod. So it's better than in the base game.
