when buying leather it should always be well protected during shipping - as this is. Always check the full piece of leather over when receiving your order, even if you don't plan on using it straight away.
This is the Leather I use for my OTF Card Wallets (Wallet Pattern www.handmadeby...) - 1.5mm in Mid tan leather from Metropolitan Leather, who are based in Northamptonshire, UK.

Website description - First grade quality and regular shape, vegetable tanned full grain beautifully aniline coloured and finished shoulder showing some natural growth and character, dyed through and coloured both sides
This material is ideal for: Bags, Wallets, Falconry, Knife sheaf's, Dog collars, Phone / Pad / Pod cases, Belts, Re-enactment armour, Masks, Menu covers and any small Leather goods etc.
Average Dimensions: 52" x 35" (130cm x 90cm)
Average Size: 16 square feet
Thickness Options: 1.5mm. 2-2.5mm and 3-3.2mm
I’ve had leather from metropolitan, the size you said is the batch number, the other number is the size in decimetres 👍
