First time I've commented but love watching your journey. Really admire what you both are doing and what you are achieving. I noticed that your raised beds are virtually empty. Rather than fill your compost bins you could start to put your waste in each bed to start filling them up. I would actually start off by adding branches or twigs to the beds first. Then just top them off with fresh compost/top soil mix. It will save on effort and cost as you don't need to fill the whole bed with bought compost as this will be expensive.
You need touvanant as it goes hard when wet.
You'll bury your wheels in the brita. Talking from experience...
