    Sir meron kami lupa nabili 1,000 square meter. Balak namin gawing Villas. The thing is uutangin namin sa bangko ang pagpapa gawa ng villa. Balak namin ipa airbnb or ipa rent sya daily. Ano kaya sa tingin nyo sir wise decision kaya?
