Actually though slavery was a huge underlying reason, the Civil War was fought over States Rights, of which slave ownership was a large part. Very good quiz with some interesting questions.
20/20 with « foul lines » guess correctly. It is more US oriented, as someone pointed out in the comments section. Alex Trabek, civil war, foul lines etc. But I enjoyed it.
I was initially exited about this but found that many questions are repeated in the different quizzes, and furthermore, whenever an answer's explanation is fairly lengthy, not enough time is allowed to read the whole thing! Pity!
This should be ” ultimate quiz for US citizens ” because who outside the US watches American TV shows ? And who watches baseball ? Almost no one outside the US .And considering we non Americans should know the English name of the lines is absolutely not ” general knowledge ” .But I still enjoy trying to anwer the questions. It makes my old French brain work .
I find the same problem with all the quizzes. They are all put together for Americans. And if you make a remark about it, you get messages saying you are just making excuses!

When I expressed an opinion about the questions being geared towards Americans, a woman messaged me and said I was making an excuse about my lack of knowledge. I know a lot about America in general, presidents, geography etc but I do not know about individual zip codes.

I’m an American…..USA. There were questions about other regions of the world, planets, language, animals. That’s what general knowledge means.
