I had an outdoor career (as a geologist) and learned this halfway through my first field season in my 20s, the damage there in just two months was extensive. I was never able to fully reverse it, but thereafter used sunscreen, high necks, bandanas/scarves and wide-brim hats as much as I could. I am now in my 60s and my décolletage skin does look much better than that of other women my age. Better late than never to start protecting skin from solar radiation.
Hi Emma. I really admire your minimal but very chic outfits. I’m all about comfort and natural fabrics as we have a long, hot summer here in Greece. Hats and sunglasses are a wonderful and necessary accessory ( even if I get ‘hat hair’ after! ) and I can’t even cope with sleeves when it’s over 30 degrees every day. However, one of my most important accessories has to be my SPF face and body creams factor 50 !. 💖🌸☀️
My wardrobe is 95% neutrals. I do have 5% "color pops" of burgundy and deep olive green. I love to occasionally break up my neutrals with burgundy vest "color pop" with my camel trousers. Or, my green blouse with a black and cram skirt. I love your look, Emma!

I would love to steal your wardrobe :) Personally my favourite accessories in the summer are big hair clips, I just can't deal with my hair, it's too hot, it sticks to my neck, I hate it and every summer I'm like 'that's it I'm cutting it'. I also have a straw bag with leather handles which I love because it's casual but not too much and it makes my outfits a bit more summer-y if I'm wearing jeans and a black tank top.

I added a few new pieces but always in solid gold, so I am never afraid that they get wet or ugly. Even if , for example a chain brakes, a jeweller can fix it. So I highly recommend solid gold - less is more💙
I don’t think there’s anything to update, o still do and wear the same things 🙊 I’m not adventurous with make up, once I find products that work I stick to them 🙌🏼

I rarely wear a bra, especially in Summer because I only have an A cup so I don’t think I’m the best person to give advise on supportive underwear, I have nothing to support 🤣 But I do think that if a woman wants to show off some flesh they should be able to 🙌🏼. If that’s how they feel confident then that’s amazing in my book 😊

I don't know why but everytime I see Monica pieces I'm really not impressed I think it's how yellow the gold is. I haven't investigated to see if they do silver yet though.
All the linen pieces are giving me life!! And you're definitely right, accessorizing basic really does make them something special. I've been enjoying experimenting with that this summer. Hello, Emma, and thank you for this new video. I have a specific question on the straw bag by Massimo Dutti: I fear that the black leather straps will transfer some colour on white or light shirts. Did you noticed any colour transfer?
What kind of bras do you all wear under those rip tops ? As normal bras always show their straps of... And i dont know about you, but strapless bras i find rather uncomfortable because they have to fit super tight at my ripcage otherwise they dont stay in place😢
In summer I often don’t wear a bra but I have a small bust so don’t really need any support. However you can get special bras with cross over straps or just buy a bra converter which is a little clip that will pinch your bra straps together (on a normal bra) at the back so they don’t show x

I have both shapes but in different colours. The tapered are lovely and different to your average flip flop. If I had to say which I preferred it would be the tapered purely for the fact that they’re different x

Maybe just adjust the hems so they don’t drag on the floor. You can get a temporary iron-on hem bond if you don’t want to permanently take them up x
