What a fun and exciting battle this was, and not the least interesting. We decided early on that Aurelius and I would move to the left to face off Lando and Tabor, while SC and Adnan would concentrate on Punisher and Royer. On our left flank, Aurelius did an excellent job in holding off Lando and half of Tabor's army. On the right flank, SC did the right thing to attack Royer's Macedonian pikes while Adnan read the game perfectly and charged the flank and rear of the Macedonians with his Parthian cataphracts. "BANG!!!!" The charge was absolutely perfectly timed as Punisher was moving in on SC; a moment later and SC's pikes might have folded. Meanwhile, I was in a stand off with Tabor in the center, and decided to keep the main bulk of my army on stand by, as Aurelius would have been easily overwhelmed by Tabor and Lando if I had moved my army to the right to support SC and Adnan, and the same thing could have happened to SC and Adnan if I had moved my army to the left to support Aurelius. However, I decided early on to support SC and Adnan with my archers, and also sent over 2 urbans and a morale boosting legionary cohort to our right flank in support of SC and Adnan, as soon as I saw Punisher moving in on SC. All in all this was a very interesting game with several interesting tactical dispositions on both teams. I wouldn't say that any of the teams had a faction advantage. That cataphract charge of Adnan's was the battle decicive moment, in my opinion. GG all. WP all. See you all again tonight for some action packed and exciting battles on RTW.
@@0MVR_0 HI ,yes was unusual to see ,also these days we rarely have close battles ,so as this was a close battle i think this adds even more interest to the battle , thanks as always for your comments.
